    Optical Audio failed in 10 days. Apparently this is a known problem with Samsung when using Dolby Digital. Their answer is to not use surround sound and just run PCM Stereo. Why would anyone buy an expensive TV for a home theater and not use surround sound? For some reason the software or hardware associated with the audio controller does not have the ability to handle 2 movies before it fails. 2 movies. That's all I got to watch. Now the audio has a horrendous stutter on and off for 30+ seconds at a time. It's a bummer too, because this TV has an amazing picture. If you don't need to use the on-board audio decoder, this is a great TV for the price. Even then, you're getting a broken TV out of the box. Samsung should really do a better job supporting their customers.

    The picture is very nice The audio is good as well. My only complaint is with Bixby is horrible. I had my firestick working on it which was great. Then Bixby took over. It doesn't understand anything you say. The remote is very limited as well. Trying to rewind or fast forward is next to impossible. Would like it better if I was able to remove the useless Bixby. It is not very smart.

    Great TV have had it for 4 years now. Never have had an issue with the TV. This is the TV i watch all my shows and play games on.

    After extensive research and spec comparison, I finally found a 4K LED TV that performs flawlessly and looks amazing. Impressive upgrade from my last TV.

    Ive had 2 for a year and a half. Both run everyday and almost all day.Sony ps4 pro is great. No problems here.

    Poor replacement for older Samsung

    Not happy with Best Buy nor Samsung. Had a Geek Squad protected TV that had its backlight go out at year 3. Instead of getting a price equivalent trade, I was downgraded by a model $500 cheaper (1/3 the purchase price). I spent forever on hold waiting (about two and a half hours total) for them to honor their guarantee and had two weeks without a TV. The Geek Squad is not honoring the fact that I had a calibrated TV that they protected and will not calibrate the replacement without additional costs. Further, Samsung doesn’t even support their 4K movie drive that worked fine on my former TV, so I have lots of 4K movie content that I can’t watch on this new TV from a device made by the same manufacturer. I do not recommend purchasing TVs at Best Buy nor Samsung TVs in general.

    2 Samsung tv screens have gone within 3 years of each other not a very good product, better off have gone Walmart got a knock off model maybe had better luck.

    Purchased this TV brand new - once taken out of the box it had 2 large cracks in the back on the plastic - service department was no help. Will return!
