I have the setting on dynamic which is the top of the list, Overall I’m not crazy about this TV said I expected more

After hooking up a sound bar via the HDMI-arc output, I've found several issues with the audio. [1] Lip sync issues are abound. [2] The TV would occasionally get 'confused' with other HDMI ports thus having to do hard restarts of the TV and bar.

I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the audio function of your Q70R QLED TV.
Please know that Dolby Digital content may be the cause for your audio delay as this is a known issue affecting all brands.
Samsung has recently released a firmware update to improve lip-sync delays. Please check that your TV firmware is updated to Version 1335.0 or higher: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/2019-qled-tv-q70r-series

Your Q70R comes with a feature called “HDMI Auto Detection” that enables the TV automatically changes the source to the device that connected to TV or turning on.
You can easily turn it off by pressing Mute, Volume Down, Channel Down, Mute sequence using the smart remote.
After you complete the steps, the TV will not show any indication on the screen but will stop the auto switching.
