The Frame -- you enjoy art when TV is off

My wife has learned how to select a work of art digitally, alter the matting, and have it displayed when we're not watching the Television. Ours is the 55 inch version with a black frame around the outside. As Best Buy Geek Squad subscribers, we had the team out to do the installation above our fireplace. They not only installed the unit, but provided helpful guidance on using the controls. Overall, we're very pleased -- currently displaying free classic artwork (paintings) provided by SAMSUNG, and/or photographs we have taken over the years. We've shown off the Frame to our AirBnB guests, family, and friends. Overall -- great product if you love art.

Quality is nowhere near the asking price. It's plastic and it's seams don't perfectly line up with each other.

I bought the Frame specifically for the option of changing the bezel to make it appear more like a picture frame than a TV. I followed all the directions, clipped the tabs on the back as directed and could not get the gaps to close. Whenever you try to squeeze them together, one will pop off the tv, flipping it towards the screen and making the tab pop out of the back. If this was a picture frame, I’d send it back and ask for it to be redone. I am a carpenter by trade and if any of my mitered trim looked like this i wouldnt have a job. I assume since this is an official Samsung product that 3rd party wont be any better.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the customizable bezel. Please see below for further help with installation:
1. Each bezel piece is labeled, so you'll know where to attach them.
2. Line up each piece with the corresponding side of the TV, and then slide them into place. It's usually easier to start with the bottom and top bezel pieces first, and then put on the sides.
3. The bezel pieces are magnetic and will attach instantly. Each piece should be flush once attached. Be sure to use the corner snaps to secure the pieces in place.
4. To remove the bezel, gently hold one piece and slide it off of The Frame TV. Repeat this for all four bezel pieces.

BB installers took about 2.5 hrs to install the newer bracket style and there are a few extta holes they drilled into the wall erroneously (thankfully hidden by TV) while lining thigs up.
