    This has replaced 3 monitors. the processing speed is second to none. Ease of operation is simple. The only draw back is that there is no remote to access the settings better...

    Love the size and the form factor. The resolution is amazing! Reason for the reduced score is the screen has visible diagonal lines across the whole surface. Just poor QC. Hopefully will be able to get that repaired and then I'll love it.

    This monitor is for the serious work or gamer... easy connections, easy to utilize multiple sources and have them shown on screen at same time! What a game changer!

    Samsung Specs are False Advertising

    All the reviewers say you need the AMD card to get 240hz. However, Samsung lists very specific specs where HDMI 2.1 will work. I have a professional Quadra card in my laptop. I checked with Dell and it had the exact specs stated on Samsung’s site. I also checked with Best Buy. Best Buy was clueless and just said a card for 2014 would work. Sadly, now Samsung is telling my they falsely advertised the HDMI. The monitor literall says 120hz on the HDMI connection. It’s still an awesome monitor, but it’s not what they say it is. When i questioned Best Buy about it they said they can’t support me because I bought it online but it had to be delivered to the store (their restriction) and so I must get support only from the store. It’s too big to move back and forth. Best Buy also messed up my order so I had to drive another hour each way to pick it up. This is what we with total tech support are paying for????

    DO NOT ORDER FROM BEST BUY. YOU NEED GOOD SUPPORT FOR A $2,500 MONITOR. Immediately upon plugging it in I noticed 2 broken pixels - bright as day - red and green like Christmas. This thing is MASSIVE. The box is the size of a coffin. Geek Squad refused to come repair it. I spent 2 hours on chat with support trying to arrange a replacement, repair, ANYTHING. They told me “no” at every corner. I have the screenshots that make them look like a joke. It came down to - I have to pack this massive thing up that took 2 hours to install, I have to drive it to the store, and I have to HOPE that they have them in stock for a replacement - otherwise I’m out of a computer until they have them because, again, it IS THE SIZE OF A COFFIN AND I HAVE TO BRING IT TO THE STORE. I spent 5x the national monthly rent average at my local Best Buy this year (whose shelves are mostly empty) and this monitor was the last dollar this company ever gets from me.

    This is an incredible monitor- massive and definitely has great visuals. Proper setup is required to achieve the best possible viewing. My only wish is that they accurately conveyed this sentiment.

    The only bad thing is that most video cards do not support 240htz screen at max resolution. Not even the 4090TI.

    Excellent monitor for those looking for dual 4k output from a PC. If you have a M1 MAX or lower Mac however, you are in for a world of pain. Recommended only for PC users.

    Amazing graphics & i have no issues at all! Too big to game play tho so i split the screen lol DP cable may be the only issue its too short but easily replace it lol

    Tapping noise from inside the monitor

    This monitor has started to make a noise from the inside, i called best buy customer support and they said that i was it was 2 months over my warranty. I had it for just 1 year and 2 months. $2000 monitor wasted
