This is my first smart tv and thought I would need help in understanding how to use. I discovered its very user friendly. Nice picture too

I bought this tv.because of holiday Sale. It wasn't the best and still don't think it is but for what I paid it's a good tv the smart feature sucks it hangs up all the time and doesn't work. But for video games and tv sure it's ok

If your looking for 1080p large tv, and do n0t require 4k. This may be for you, great as long as your know your not getting a 3500 HD 4k tv for this price they just don't exist. So if your keep it real tv is great for what it cost.

Got it for $549 on a holiday sale. Great price for the features. Only 60hz refresh, so if live motion sports and activities are everything you watch, you'll want a 120hz model TV. The motion controls on this are pretty good and from anything more than 5 feet away, it looks fantastic. Good looking TV with a thin bezel, but I do miss the swivel feature of Samsung TV's with this type of single-column stand. My previous 3 Samsung LCD's have been able to swivel on that stand, and it made reaching the blinds and windows easier at cleaning time. No big deal, I knew this when buying and no other manufacturers had that anyhow. Tons of really specific picture controls to dial it in to anyone's preferences. Sound from the TV speakers is not great, but passable for built-in speakers. Several sound options to choose from, but in general it's a little more treble and tinny than I like. You'll probably want a soundbar or home theater system to improve the sound. For the sale price of $549, I'd buy this again in a heartbeat. If you're paying full retail of $849, there are better options out there, even from Samsung.

The first one we received had lines running though it the first day we had hooked up. Then the second day it just was a black screen. Best Buy brought us out a new one and exchanged it and it works great.

The smarthub on the TV for the Smart TV function takes a long time to load. So I can't go on netflix immediately. I will have to wait a couple of minutes for it to connect online. I got a good deal though.

Great Picture, right out of the box, I bought a Sharp 55 inch 4K Tv and returned it and got this instead, the sharp user interface and remote are terrible 4K tvs are a waste of money, unless your going to watch the TV 2 feet away from your face, you will never notice the difference ... Sticking with Samsung Is the way to go... I don't have much use for the Web browser as It dosn't have Flash built in so you cant stream video with it, but its still nice to have Lets talk about the refresh rate, yes its only 60 , I would prefer 120 or better, but I have not noticed any motion blur watching football or fast action movies, so for me the motion rate for this tv is not a issue. If you can get this TV for $550 or less grab it, and don't think twice. This tv is a smokin deal for the price

We liked the TV for it's features and like the unit. The price was ok but there was no bluetooth feature for the keyboard and that's why we bought it... Thank You.

Need HD to be set up to get best quality. I have seen others with same tv look great. My picture quality could be better but will see once everything is hooked up.

I purchased the special buy a few days before the Christmas, thinking under $600 for a 48" smart was a great deal. The tv had absolutely no smart capabilities.

I bought this tv after having a vizio smart tv and this is not as great. Only two hdmi ports, good part it turns off after inactivity to save power.

Purchased as an open box item. I was given a great deal by the salesman. After 5 days the TV had a purple line down the left side of the screen. Took back to Best Buy, they were willing to give me my money back but I couldn't find a TV for the same price. They suggested I use the Samsung warranty. It's now 3-17-17 and I first contacted Samsung on 1-29-17, still haven't received my replacement tv. Samsung never calls me back. I always have to call them. Had to send proof of purchase they email, they kept saying they never receive the email. After 7 times and faxed 2 times they finally get it. Then they can't find a repair center to fix it, next they send up the chain of command for approval to replace , always tell me the same thing "someone will call you back in 24 to 48 hours. I always have to call them. Now they finally tell me it's approved to be exchanged and someone will call me in 5 days to tell me the next step. It's been 10 days since that, two more phone calls and now they tell me within 2 days someone will call me and tell me if the replacement tv will be the same model of upgrading. Guess we will see what happens Monday or Tuesday. Best Buy was great and have zero complaints with them. Samsung I believe will take care of this but they are very difficult to deal with.

This is a great TV - superb picture, great price! Quality is wonderful.

Good tv while it last but died in less than 4 years. These TVs have an issue with powering on.

Inexpensive, smart Samsung TV, 58 inch. Is ok overall, but I won't buy it again. Better spend a few more $, get a better model.

I read the reviews before buying this tv which gave good reviews but after buying it the picture quality is poor.

There were only 12 reviews and the two negative reviews were about the apps and not the TV. The TV has a wonderful picture and was the easiest TV to set up we've ever had. The apps worked fine and I have PBS, Hulu, Amazon and Netflix working. The problem with the Netflix app mentioned previously must have been fixed. I didn't try an ESPN app so I don't know about that. At a sale price of $549 plus $119 for a five year warranty we are feeling quite happy. Hope this helps.

It was a gift for my parents but it's a little BLURRY from my perspective.

Wish I could control the brightness of the tv better and that the web browser was faster and easier to control...
