Q: Motion Rate 60? How important is the motion rate?
A: For TVs, the refresh rate means nothing, especially given that manufacturers inflate their numbers. A TV with a high refresh rate is not guaranteed to be free of motion blur. Even for console gaming, there is no advantage in using a 120Hz+ TV, because console video games are capped at 60 fps anyway.

A: i am a sports fanatic and it has a sports mode on the remote, in my opinion the picture is great for the 60hz, if you want to pay the big bucks for the 120hz, go ahead but in my opinion i would not do it, this is a quality tv for a great price
