For $550 this is an excellent TV. For the regular price of $850, I think one can find a better deal. The 60Hz refresh hasn't been an issue & the picture quality is outstanding and that is really all I wanted. This is my first Smart TV & I'm not impressed with the apps & the browser is useless. My download speed on my computer is 65Mbps but wired or wireless the TV is like using dial-up. There is also very noticeable lag when turning the TV on/off, changing channels, opening the Smart Hub, changing input sources, and all other available functions. If all you want is a big TV with a great picture this is a 5. All other things considered I gave it a 3.

We opened the box and the tv was cracked. I called and was told take it to a local store. Did that and the c/s rep was so very rude and said she could not replace it and it had to be mailed. What a horrible experience. Now it won't arrive until after Xmas and it was a gift.

Purchased 8/28/16 ... taken back to store 10/14/16. Told no exchange and that They would have to send in to Samsung because I did not buy the service plan. Goes out Wed 10/19 and was told it would be 2-4 weeks after they receive before I know if I get this piece of junk back "fixed"or a new one. I will LOVE my time without my 55" tv and every time I stare at the empty wall, I will remember how I am not "Overwhelmed with Joy" over my experience.... or the product.

I was kinda looking for a new tv, I'd watched some football on a Samsung on thanksgiving, so that was the brand I'd be looking for. I found a smaller unit at another store, but they were out of stock. I checked best buy and found this. Fantastic price and the picture quality is excellent. As a result of me buying this, two other people I know picked one up... If you read this best buy, I'll accept the commission... 10% is fair.

I didn't read review before purchasing it's a little slow. Have to wait at least 30 seconds before you can acces to Netflix .

Haveing trouble using my iphone 6 for youtube , disconnects everytime . Not very smooth when transitioning video sources ....

Tv was purchased for an elderly couple and they are happy with it, however for myself, I would prefer a clearer picture.

I always buy Samsung products. So this was a no brainer but the price was great.

Very nice TV with a great picture quality. The picture is flawless with my Direct TV signal.. Have not tried the "smart TV" function yet but it seems like it will be easy to navigate. Free delivery and setup is awesome too.....the delivery guys were very friendly and professional and had the TV up and running in minutes. They hauled away my old huge TV as well no charge

Motion blur was to bad, returned it for a 55" Sony Bravia,which was so much better

I have had this televising for almost five years and have had to get it repaired twice. The power source is the problem. I have researched and found that Samsung TVs have a problem with the screen going black without warning. Be aware this brand may not be a good choice.

We purchased this Samsung and mounted it on the wall. It quit working within a week or so. Call Samsung and our cable service and was told that the TV was shot. Took it back to BestBuy and upgraded.

The size of the TV was great just the picture quality was not great.

Have to turn aound up to 50/60 to gear and then very muffled

Returned and exchanged for smaller, better resolution tv.

I was skeptical about this TV as it was a new model with only a few reviews and a low price. I took a gamble and purchased this TV without seeing it in person and was not disappointed. This larger TV was less expensive than the older and smaller 55 inch Samsung I was looking at getting. The screen quality is superb, with bright, vivid colors and overall crisp picture quality. The I was surprised with the sound quality. It is more full and better than I would expect in a back firing slim TV. It won't beat a sound bar, but I bought this as a gift for someone and the audio quality is better on this TV than their old TV. Overall I'm happy with this purchase.

Lost picture within six months and as of yet have not resolved my problem with Samsung.

I ordered this tv just looking to upgrade from my previous one. The size is amazing. The set up is super easy. Delivery makes purchasing this a major convenience. I would advise any one else to buy this. The picture is beautiful

Without warning, this TV powered off and never turned back on. I am use to televisions lasting more than 4 years. Was great up until this point.

As the title says, I upgraded to this TV from a 32" 720p TV. The picture is incredible, and the size makes me feel like I'm at the movies. Was actually planning to purchase a different TV, but with this one being on sale I couldn't pass up the deal.
