Picture quality was excellent and sound quality fine. Was going to buy a speaker bar but found it was not nesessary. Received many compliments from guests that picture appeared much better than their home set.

The North Little Rock Arkansas Best Buy is one of the worst retail outlets I've ever been to customer service is horrible I have double standards on returning items I've been a customer there for 20 years and it has never been this bad

Excellent Flat Screen TV

The sound is great and the pictures are sharp. However, I purchased it because it was advertised as a 60" screen TV; but, it was when I opened from the box, it said it has a 58" screen and I was very disappointed. Now? Not anymore!

Good TV for the money

The T V exceeds our expectations, the performance has been outstanding. We are giving the T V four (4) stars because we have only owned T V for less than two (2) months. Hopefully, a year from now we could give T V a five (5) star rating

Great Value for Great Quality

We started using it until our TV gets fixed and have thought about keeping it for ourselves! Great picture... We were pleasantly surprised with this TV. We are considering purchasing another one for the guest bedroom.

It took a bit of adjustments to get the picture to rival the 8 year old plasma but it finally did equal that picture. SMART Tv functions were my main reason for buying was to get rid of the add on ROKU box. It streams a good wi-fi signal with no buffering. A great buy on sale.

Love having a bigger TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The picture is very clear, however, only giving 4 stars due to the time it takes to transition between settings on the TV (TV, HDMI 1, HDMI 2, etc). It switches 100% before letting you move on and takes several seconds. Our other Samsung TV (which is older) lets you continue switching until you are on the selection you want.
