this product seems tto have a fairly good quality picture and is fairy easy to set up. sound could be a little better but overall a good product for a reasonable price

I purchased this TV during a Deal of the Day special, so the price was great for this size TV. The picture was good but really to dark when I first turned it on. When I changed the preset from Standard to Natural, it improved greatly (for my taste anyway). Crisp details and great color. This is replacing a nearly 10 year old Sony Bravia that has had some discoloration in one corner for many years now. I didn't have the money to invest in a 4K TV with the new 4K player that would be required along with the 4K discs that cost about twice as much as Blurays. It is recommended that you sit back from this TV about 8-10 feet for best picture, and I can attest to that. Sound quality is good and loud. Love the onscreen programming, and the Smart TV features for Netlix, Amazon Video, etc. I hardwired the TV to my Internet instead of going wireless, and it works great, but that means I can't speak to the wireless functions. Couple of cons: The refresh rate is only 60 Hz, so you might notice some loss of detail in fast motion scenes, but that's the same as my old TV, so I'm used to it. It only has two HDMI ports. No RCA audio output jacks, only an 1/8" jack. No SVideo input or RCA video inputs. No VGA input. No headphone jack on the side. No buttons at the top, but there is a joystick-like feature on the bottom right corner in the back for controlling settings without the remote. Just kind of a weird location.

TV was easy to set up & use. Wonderful picture & sound. Have had no problems at all with this product.love my new tv!!!

The television has a great picture. The features for the smart TV are easy to use. I would highly recommend this TV.

Got this TV day after Christmas when I stopped in store to do a return. It was an unadvertised special and when I saw the great price I grabbed it. The picture is good and would be excellent if hooked to a cable box. Mine is just hooked up to coaxial cable. I have two other TV's on DVR HD Cable bowes and they have great pictures. I got this TV as a spare in side room. My only negative comment is sound comes out back so have to turn it up some. I just bought a sound bar today that I am picking up that will fix issue. Over all TV is great and only 4 stars due to sound.

58" Samsung smart TV for 550! Highly impressed with it so far. Watched a few shows and a football game through a digital antenna and my son has been playing his Xbox one on it for a couple days now and I have to say that I'm very happy. Bought the protection plan because because I was geared up to spend ALOT more on a new TV. If this thing lasts 5 years it won't owe me anything.

The quality of the picture is beautiful. It was easy to put together

I spent the last 6 months looking to replace my old Samsung tv that was over 7 years old. For the price this tv just couldn't be beat. The only reason I can't give this tv a 5 star rating is due to the 2 HDMI ports. Other than that one downfall this tv is Great and feel like it was just the tv for me. It was quick and easy to set up and the picture is great. I will definitely be telling anyone in the market for a new tv to give this one a look!

5 Pros - Beautiful HD picture, superb speaker quality, fairly user friendly, phenomenal price, two HDMI-In ports 2 Cons - HDMI ports unstable/not a secure fit for new premium HDMI cables/picture settings periodically switch from 1080 to 720 on its own, newer Samsung phones (without IR blaster) and Samsung sound bars are not compatible with this particular model.

We have been very happy with this TV. The picture is great and the smart tv capabilities are fantastic.

Had it one day. So far I am very pleased with the TV. It's HUGE. smart features work well. I wish the remote was programmable, as I can't get the smart hub button to program into my cable company's universal remote, so watching cable is one remote, and smart hub (Netflix) is another.

The TV is really great with good quality picture. price is so cheap comparing to 2013.well enjoying it.

The sound is almost theater like with the music in some movies. It has several sound settings to choose from so experiment to find what you like best. The picture factory settings I thought a bit too bright but choosing the lowest energy savings settings gave a great picture. Apparently the energy savings settings dim the LED back lighting. Choosing higher energy savings settings made the picture too dark for my taste. But tweeking the settings gave us both great picture and sound. Just 3 inches bigger then our 55 inch now in the basement family room but seems like it is much larger. Love this big boy. The tweeks are there if factory settings don't suit you to achieve a great picture and sound.

Picture quality was excellent once HDMI was hooked up, for the price & size this is a great TV. Love it
