We really love our TV, it does everything we had hoped it would, and more. Our only complaint is that it takes a long time to get into the smart hub mode. Sometimes the television must be on for 3 to 4 minutes before it will access the items in smart hub

I was looking for a 48 inch tv and I noticed this one on the show room floor. The price was what I wanted and the options were outstanding. I took it home and I am very pleased with this tv.

I ordered on line and was able to pick it after two hours or so.The sales team was very helpful and the warehouse man got it loaded for me right away. Bought the TV for my wife, and she loves it

I have had a Samsung tv for 10 years and wanted an upgrade. This tv is just okay, not great. The sound is horrible and the picture isn't as great as the 10 yr old 46". If you are looking for an awesome, crisp picture with amazing sound this tv isn't for you.

Loved the TV so far. This is the second of these TV's I've bought so far, one for work and one for home. The built in roku player is better than the stand alone roku player I used before.

I wanted a big TV and this does perfectly... I thought about HDR and 4K but with the TV being less than 60" there is no point ... plus this has a great display for my many blu ray movies

I bought this tv and have loved it from the moment I plugged it in. There is not a bad spot in my living room to watch this tv from. The colors are vivid and sharp. I'd buy this again.

bought this tv and when i got home i realized it was broken. went back and they didn't have anymore in stock, so they upgraded me for free because of the inconvenience.

I'm used the Roko smart tvs , which the remote is easier to navigate, but for the price, this tv is great. Don't like the fact that it doesn't have control buttons on the tv itself also.

Pick up at best buy was a breeze. Brought the tv home and mounted stand in about 5 min. Plugged in tv and followed on screen prompts. Set was up and working. Easy peezy.

I love this television. My son has all of his gaming system attached to it. It has great surround sound! It seems as though we're in the theater. This product is awesome

I bought this tv to replace a too small 32" for in my living room. I watch the 50" in my family room most of the time, but the 32" just looked stupid in a large room.

I have only had Samsung TV's for some time and I love them. I have only had 1 that stopped working, but luckily it was under warranty and Best Buy replaced it for me.

Best Buy has hands down best tv selection for each price range including this beauty, has a TB of memory for all the apps you want processors are fast no lag great tv

Gave this to girlfriend , she is very excited about it ! We have enjoyed the quality of it ! I know it's not the latest and greatest but it really suits our needs !! Glad I purchased it !! And great help in store .

It's a good TV not great The sale price of $449 was worth it. $650 I don't think it's worth it. Also Samsung does take some apps as a smart TV. That's disappointing. Now I have to buy a fire stick for my smart TV.
