Great tv, yet has had some problems

Poor quality picture

The replacement is even worst and it is very, very grainy. I own 2 other Samsung tv's which are over 5 and 6 yrs old and they have a better quality pictures and NO blotches. Not happy at all. 2 thumbs down.
