Everything that I have cooked per directions and time always takes 15-30mins longer to actuality fully cook

Its a double oven but has one less rack which is a dumb for a double oven, it should have 3 but only has 2 and to buy one is 100 bucks and this oven was over 3 grand. You lean to turn microwave on gas turns on or the oevn. Buttons are uber sensitive.
