Q: just go my stove how can a get the air fry to work i turn knob but nothing
A: You cannot have the divider in the oven air fryer only works on full oven, so take the divider out turn the knob selector to air fry
A: I’ve just run into the same problem on my flex duo oven… turns out the probe simply can’t function on single mode only… you know… the mode that gets used 98% of the time and was the reason I bought this oven… incredibly disappointing. Makes little sense to me why a probe that can still be plugged in and register as being plugged in while in the upper oven of dual mode would suddenly fail to work. Another Samsung oversight on this oven in a long string of disappointments for this oven. Never again Samsung. Never again.
Q: Are you able to open the bottom oven door separately? By itself?
A: No, the handle does have a finger button where you can open the top have only. Or open fully. We just put what needs to cook longer in bottom, that way opening the top half only doesn't bother it.
