    Both standard and convection oven stopped heating after less than a month of use. Waiting almost two weeks for service.

    I love the range with the stainless steel around the burners. Easy to clean. Since it is a split oven, you can cook two different items at different temperatures. So far so good!

    This is my review of the Samsung Flex Duo after four years of usage – bottom line, it's adequate. DISLIKES: I don't use the double oven because it takes too much effort to try to figure out how to adjust the temperature to compensate for the other oven's heat. I was glad I purchased the 5-year Best Buy Geek Squad service plan for an extra $300 because I figured that technology can be problematic and I'm glad I did because I have had to have them come out several times since purchase mainly for temperature issues and specifically for: 1) wouldn't heat a day before Christmas? Thanksgiving? I can't remember, after first year of purchase, 2) oven was 25 degrees less than set temperature which was corrected by programming the heat setting an additional 25 degrees at the 3rd year of ownership, 3) door & motherboard replacement when I couldn't open the oven door a few months ago. The only door that would open was the top door. The stainless scratches easily. Doesn't self-clean well. I have used both self-clean functions and they're not adequate for caked-on grease. We cook a lot of roast chicken that splats grease everywhere during cooking and I don't have time to turn on the self-clean function after every time I cook because it takes hours to clean each time and you have to open all the windows when you do this – it's just not practical. LIKES: 1) LED light on the knobs that indicate the burner(s) is on, 2) easy to clean the stove top, 3) water boils fast on the front right burner, but only when you're not using multiple burners at the same time. It's adequate, but for the money I spent, probably not worth it.

    It's a looker! I struggle with functionality. When using multiple pots/pans the burners are to close together if you're using large frying pans or kettles you cannot center the pans over the burners. I haven't used the oven or air fryer though to review that part.

    BEWARE OF Contractors for installatins

    So, we purchased one of the open box ranges. For the discount and only missing a knob, we couldnt pass on such a deal. This is where it went down hill. We purchased it, set up delivery with the store representative, which informed us a 3rd party contractor will deliver. The day came, and as it was being taken off the truck, I noticed the sides were crushed in. Needless to say I refused the order. The guy got on the phone and contacted his boss, and offered me a discount to accept it. I again refused, and asked them to hook up our stove and take the item back for refund, since I was informed there is not a replacement on an open box. I didnt realize until the next morning, then didnt turn on the gas, which made me realize they never checked for leaks. I called the 800 number, 1 hour and 15 min wait, I finally talked with a rep and went through the event. Even one day later the item was still showing shipping pending. (suspicious). The rep said he would put a trace on it, and begin the refund process. I asked him about the contractors, and I said they should have known to check for leaks after hooking up the gas line. He said the contractor should have certified techs doing the work. I said that any certified pipefitter should know to check for leaks. Imagine, if someone not knowing this, and god forbid there was a leak. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I am done with BB for sure. Dangerous precedence to have. Dont trust installers, ask for the name of the company and request certifications of installers. The people at the store dont care what the 3rd party contractors do, or are not responsible. Do yourself a big favor.

    Stove is great. Customer service was great. There was a issue with the first on e that was delivered and another was delivered quickly to replace it. Great experience overall.

    So far I really love this stove never had a stove that cooks so good but I've only had it a week and cooked a few times I will up date you again soon don't sleep on this one

    Do not buy Samsung appliances!! Don’t do it!

    I would strongly advise going with another brand! We had this range a year and a month, just outside of Samsung’s warranty, and the door lock malfunctioned. We couldn’t get the doors open!! Thank God for Total Tech Support!! Not to mention, the first oven delivered was defective. The burners would not light. It took months for the replacement. The positives of the range don’t come near outweighing the negatives.

    Consider the fact that I was delivered two damaged stoves back to back I wouldn't rate this product nor this company very high. I returned it and went to another supplier to get a new stove. Best Buy did a poor job taking care of this entire situation. Literally at every level Best Buy failed me. I will continue to shop elsewhere which is sad because I planned on upgrading every appliance this year.

    The oven was completely defective after 3 support visits. The electronics under high temperature is just not a good idea.

    I am a baker, I thought this would be a perfect stove for me but it is not. Both of the ovens burn everything I bake. I have lost so much proctuct and money. I wish that I can return this product.

      We want you to have the best cooking experience using you oven.

      Dark pans absorb and retain more heat than light pans and are more likely to burn around the edges. Pages 27-28 of the user manual contains recommendations for which oven rack position to use, as well as cookware recommendations.
