Have had it over 2yrs and I have no complaints great buy

I really liked the product and customer service both in the store, on the phone and on the web chat.

Love this unit so far, cooks pretty consistently, easy to clean griddle section could be a bit wider though, only good for small pancakes or a sandwich

The whole process of buying, installing, and removing the old stove for my in-laws was very smooth! I had a very bad experience with a big box store in the past. The delivery/install team kept me informed with the schedule thru out the whole process!

Love the stove but would not buy black appliance again. Too hard to keep clean.

Amazing product love it so far after 2 months of usage

I like the product. I bought two of these over the past 2 years to use at different locations.

Stove is still relativity new but, so far so good. Love Gas stoves and this one is very nice. We look forward to cooking a lot more on it!

Do not buy! breaks and malfunctions often. I had an older no brand stove in our kitchen that stopped working after many many years. Instead of fixing it, I decided to buy a new Samsung model as they are reputable and last a long time. What a bad decision! The glass door broke after 1 year, and since we were past warranty we had to pay for it. It was replaced and cracked again! Mind you I don't have children or anything that would cause hard. The first glass door broke and shattered after I tapped it with a plastic bowl, the second glass door is cracked and we don't know why. In addition to a very delicate glass door, the oven malfunctions often and has many glitches and restarts that seem to happen out of nowhere. The latest glitch does not allow us to use our stove at all. I can use the burner but no stove. And since we are out of the warranty I have to pay for them to come and diagnose their issue and fix it. This is a terrible product that will cost you a lot money to continually fix. Save yourself the money and don't buy!

The guys in the store were very helpful especially the young guys who helped us load it into my vehicle.

What a disappointment. Control board went bad right at 1 year. When i called samsung on day 369 to report the issue under warranty they told me i should've called 4 days earlier cause it's not under warranty after day 365. I told them the issue started earlier just took us time to notice the pattern the still never honored their warranty and told me over and over that i should've called 4 days earlier. What a scam. The previous Kenmore we had lasted 15 years with zero issues. Never buying a Samsung again

My stove came with 2 broken buttons. Representative that assisted me, ordered a full set of new buttons. I was so happy with Representative services. Thank you.

This a great stove it has everything we need. It works really well it cooks perfect.

I love this stove, it's really made the world of difference in our kitchen and gets to temp very quickly. It's lovely.

This is an awesome product and very versatile, my wife loves it and we can do a lot of different things that we didn't have options for before with the old stove, it was a good buy from best buy.

Really modern durable product. My mom was so use to our older stove but found this easy to use and adapt to.

Replace old stove with new Samsung unit. With very little explaining, my mom is happy up and cooking with the top burners, and she likes the huge oven space. She is not familiar with the WiFi options but that's OK.
