The stove itself is amazing. I love the integration with technology and my cell phone which gives me piece of mind if I ever have to shut it off remotely. I also like that I can lock the door so my young kids cannot open it while I'm baking. In regards to the installers, they cancelled on me at the last minute and never gave me a reason. They were extremely hard to reach and rarely returned any calls. Extremly poor service.
