Stopped working after 1 year.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked well for about 1 year then completely quit. Bad warranty so now I have a $1000 lump in my kitchen unless I shell out another $500 to replace some parts. Would not recommend this one.

powerful and user friendly

I am very unfamiliar with modern technology, yet it was very simple to learn how to use the smart functions for the stove! I love this protest, probably one of the best purchases. I’ve made them home appliances!

Poor performance

Problems with panel light, oven temperature not staying as set, lower drawer for storage practically worthless. The worst thing is the amount of heat on stovetop when using oven. Unacceptable. I see the price has dropped $600 since I puchased it.

DO YOUR RESEARCH LOOK AT THE BAD REVIEWS !!

On thanksgiving the entire board turned off and showed C-F2 (as I see has happened to several other people) it will now be almost 1,000 to repair. At this point Im replacing it with a different product that isn't by samsung. A brand new oven should NOT be breaking down after a year and a half. Especially after paying so much money for it. Ridiculous.

Never Delivered
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I canceled patients this afternoon to be home for delivery. I even received a text message saying i was the next stop and they’d arrive around 3:25pm. NOTHING. No one showed, no phone call explaining what happened. Now they are telling me I have to wait until Friday and that’s without someone to install it. I don’t get to have Thanksgiving because they dropped the ball. I would’ve hired a plumber to install it if given that option.

Do not recommend - heats unevenly
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After 1.5 months of ownership I cannot recommend this stove at all. Stovetop cooks VERY unevenly. Center burner griddle plate is so big you can't put normal-sized pans on the burners so I have to leave it off all the time unless using. You can't center even a saucepan properly when the griddle is in place. Even when properly centered, food cooks way faster on one side of the burner/pan than the other no matter what pan I am using. If you bake more than 1 tray at a time (say, 2 muffin pans), one tray doesn't get done. I am so disappointed in this purchase. If stoves weren't massively on backorder I would have returned it.

Garbage stove
