    I’m a contractor who stays on the road I have had this oven for 2 years only stayed at my house for 3 months total and the enlighter when out

    It's a modern range very different from what i had and no one could help me with how it works. You should be more helpful.

    It says that it comes with air fry tray, and did not had it!

    This is my 2nd time purchasing the "Samsung - 6.0 cu. ft. Freestanding Gas Range with WiFi, No-Preheat Air Fry & Convection - Stainless steel", because on my occasion's this stove set off my carbon monoxide detector and per the gas company the leak came for this product. I'm thinking the 1st one I ordered was a defect that's why I order a 2nd one NOT had the same experience but this time it occured on the eve of Thanksgiving.

    Stove digital clock broke with in 2 months and burners started to mess up within 5 months and samsung will not fix, and can't find anyone to fix, not buying samsung product.

    Very satisfied and I haven’t even used all the options! I will say the Air Fryer isn’t as fabulous as my Ninja so deducting a star for that. Otherwise, very impressed and happy with my purchase!

    Wouldnt recommended samsung products to anyone. Bought new stove, had it less than a month when the motherboard went out went a month going back and forth with samsung about getting it fixed. Finally bestbuy just had me return it to them

    The guys that installed the refrigerator installed this so i am hoping and praying that i don't have a gas leak and me and my family end up dead. I'm sure bestbuy and SEDWICK will say it was our fault also

    So sad bought this November 18th 2021 and it stopped working lcd monitor went black and the airfryer fan started making noise and stopped working so now i have no oven and still owe on it.

    Gas leak

    The oven has a gas leak since I purchased it. We purchased total care with Best Buy & they replaced the gas line but still leaking gas & now saying won’t cover & refer to manufacturer who will not cover it either. Spent $800 for a stove/ range & oven that doesn’t work.

    The delivery experience for this item has been abysmal. So far a total of six appointments have been set up for delivery of this item and so far all but one has been canceled with two more now pending. why 2? I have no idea. And nobody will call me back and nobody that talks to me over there. Internal messaging system knows any of the reasons for any of the cancellations.

    Nice color....but peels off. Nice features but can hardly press the buttons to use them. Haven't had it for 4 months and already getting error codes and can't use the oven. Should've listened to other reviews

    It took 6 months to get the gas hooked up/placed in our house. We started using this in December 2024 and we are not happy with it at all . Shuts off during use/or the clock resets for no reason.

    samsung Model:NX60A6511SS ... never again

    Never again would I buy samsung kitchen appliances. Just spent an hour and 51 minutes trying to get instructions to lower the burner flame (at it's lowest setting). After almost 2 hours with support, they said there is no adjustment. It's difficult to pick a stove / oven without seeing it working. I love my samsung tv's so I tried their stove. Never again.

      Upon checking, each burner has a corresponding knob that lets you set the flame level from LO to HI.

    We switched to a gas range and love it! The only downside we’ve noticed so far is it’s harder to clean than the glass flat top stove we replaced.
