I am not happy with having to go on line to get operating instructions. The price of the stove should include a preprinted booklet.

The next delivered range worked, it takes a bit to get used to but it's nice.

Bought this one specifically because it's a Samsung (which I like) and says it has self-clean high heat feature only to find out it actually doesn't. Annoyed.
