    Only used for 7 months, now has an error message that won’t allow the oven to function. Shame that the quality control is so poor.

    Looked great and i trust samsung but the electric features stopped working last month I don’t have an oven anymore, just a regular stove, don’t buy it….

    Ive had this for 6 months. Oven started to give a terrible gas smell. I need to contact warranty and see what can be done now :(

    It was damaged, I only used the oven twice. No good no good code fc2 no good no good

    Broken out of the box.

    Got this product. Out of the box…burners don’t light. Has a “communication error” and the buttons don’t work. Maybe it’s just a bad one but it’s incredibly inconvenient.

    Samsung Gas Range

    Oven stopped working on 12/23, was installed on 12/3. Oven was only used a couple of times, household of 1-91-year-old.

      Cleaning a gas range is generally more complex. Assembling and disassembling burners requires precision. Keep ignitors and gas orifices dry. Clean burner heads and caps in soapy water, and use scouring pads for tough stains. Remove clogs with a pin or needle.     This should have never been sold to us. They "technicians" left and never tested it. It had a gas leak!!!

    This range has been amazing. Had it over a year with no issues. Had a nice led display and buttons that function flawlessly. Did have some trouble with the knobs breaking off but they were easily replaced. So far 5stars will update if anything changes!

    So far so good. The smart thing app notification when you turn on the stove top but not when you turn it off. The oven works great I did hear some very faint small popping noise but they may have been my mind playing tricks on me.

    I am a huge fan of Samsung products so I am not surprised that I love this one too. This was super easy to set up, all you do is scan the QR code and the Smartthings app recognizes it. With the wifi connection you can set the oven temperature and timer, preheat the oven, turn the oven light on and off, you can see if the cooktop is on, and you can sync the oven clock to your phone so you never have to update it. The app also will send you personalized recipes and meal plans plus has a home care wizard to manage your range and maintenance of it. You can also use Alexa or Google home with this. You have to love technology! I love the 5 burners and the non stick griddle is really my favorite part. It's easy to cook eggs or a burger on it. The edge to edge grates also make it easy to slide pots around. The inside is very spacious, much larger than my last oven and you can fit a large roast or turkey and multiple other things at one time. I am very happy that this one has a storage drawer at the bottom, it makes it easy to store my cookie sheets and pizza pan.

    We have had this stove for 1 year & 1 month and just got the C-F2 error code. The oven touch pad is now unresponsive and won't turn back on. So an $800 stove, has to have parts replaced after basically only a year? Wouldn't recommend.
