I really the similar model to this in my previous kitchen so I purchased this again. I really liked the stainless top, because black is so HARD to keep clean! The stove looks sharp and I love the way the knobs light up when you use them. The temperature is accurate.

Still getting used to it, but we haven’t quite figured out the Air Frying function. Also, the griddle in the middle doesn’t heat evenly. Other than that, it seems to work fine. We’re looking forward to trying convection, and finally figuring out the air fryer.

I have only had the product since 10/7/20 and so far I’m in love with it... When temperature reaches its designated temp a time starts so you can see how long you have had it in the oven.. The WiFi was a little confusing if you are not tech savvy. Overall so far so good!

Great stove only problem that I had was the back doesn’t indent far enough for the gas hook up and stove sticks out a little further than it should other than that very happy

This is the nicest oven I have ever purchased. The functionality of the settings is nice. The burner configurations with center grill is awesome. Oven part could have more high end features.

Love how quickly everything heats up; like the look of it, the ease of using it. We are a little disappointed with the air fryer-it makes things crispy, but also makes a huge mess. I would like to do another review after I have cooked in it more.

Product arrived damaged but Best Buy was able to get us a replacement the same day so we could get it installed the same day. The burners are great and especially the one for boiling, its so fast.

We haven't used the stove yet because we are remodeling, but all I can is when it arrived we were able to check to see if there was any damage the driver was super friendly and allowed us to examine the stove before we stored it in the garage.

Controls are easy to see and use. Burners are nice and hot!

Best Buy’s exchanged other stove with a display function error with no question asked within 2 days. Have been using the new one and very pleased with all the features.

The oven is nice all though one of the grates for the stove top was broken when we opened the box. Samsung is sending me a new one. The only negative is the griddle is small if you cook even one burger on it your going to get grease that will run off the griddle into the burner section

Previously had a far more expensive, but much lower quality oven (from viking). This oven performs better and the digital features are really helpful (timer, telling Alexa to turn off the oven).

We bought this unit in October. What it was installed, we discovered that the frame (INSIDE the unit) had been damaged, prior to assembly. You can see that the steel is bent, and the powder coating scraped off. All the external pieces are fine... perfect even. We were transferred us to Samsung since it was not an issue of their team damaging the unit -- it was defective. Samsung is refusing the refund or replace the unit. Beware! DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND.

It works in general well good quality of material easy to clean recommended

I had a stove that cost sbout 2100, it was s Cosmo stove and it was terrible...only worked once and never worked again but this stove has worked out the box and it's been amazing from day one..

Great oven/ stove top I love the strong burner it’s powerful boils water in 2-3 minutes no complaints

I bought last week. Its so good model and work very well nice stainless. Made in korea. I love it!!

I am happy with this purchase the fact that you can connect your applaince to the WiFI just says it all. This applaiance is future proof!
