Q: Does this product have an integrated downdraft exhaust system? If not, Does it need one?

Q: Please explain about the wok ring, which burner it goes over and why there is no picture of it with my model, but it is listed on the specs. Thank you.

A: I believe the best choice of burners to place the Wok ring on is the front right burner. This is the one that has a double ring of gas flames to it I suspect the thinking here is that the Wok will not only get hot at the bottom but up the sides as well

Q: My oven has a C24 on it and now none of the oven function works

A: First time we used the broiler we got c24 error could not turn off stove could not find error code with samsung Unplugged stove to clear code scared to try broiling agsin

Q: Q1: How do you set the clock to display at all times? It keeps going into sleep mode and disappears from the screen, I like it to display at all time. Q2: How can you use the timer for the stovetop cooking without turning on the oven?

A: Clock to display at all times - go to the clock setting found on the second menu options. Press the three horizontal lines twice then the new menu of options shows up use the dial knob to select the 6 option of "screen timeout" and select "display at all times" viola! Same thing for the timer go to the second option menu by selecting the "burger button icon" and tap it twice - the second menu shows up with the first option Timer and you can use the dial knob to select the time.

Q: Does this model have plastic or metal knobs for the stove controls?

Q: Can the oven selection dial be locked? It is way too sensitive and annoying while cleaning the stove after cooking. It goes on continuously

Q: How well does the air fry work on this range? Is it messy, or could you put foil under the tray?

A: Made Panko breaded chicken cutlets last night. Probably one of the messier items you would ever cook. It was recommended to use a baking sheet pan underneath, which I did. It was able to catch most of the crumbs. I will most likely look for a pan that covers the whole oven rack. Foil sounds like a good alternative, but have never tried it.
