This is the FIRST product where it was easy to operate. Engineers, note the word EASY.

So right now waiting for the 2nd one to be delivered, will update review then. What we saw (plugged in. Going though the screen, buttons, etc.) seems very nice. Just the gas issue.

The modem inside the unit can't stay connected to wifi for longer than an hour. I've had the unit serviced, and the radio and associated circuitry replaced by a technician to no avail. The device refuses to connect to most Access Points, but I was able to get it to briefly connect by dumbing down the AP features. Unfortunately even that is short lived as the unit will go offline within 30 to 60 minutes. You can only get it to come back online (briefly) by power cycling. VERY disappointing. If you want a good range and don't care about the connectivity features, it's fine, but you can find something cheaper.
