The dual washer feature is great for washing delicate items. The only bad thing is you have to remember to leave the top lid up for a while after the wash is finished because if not the moisture will not dissipate. Also luckily my family is tall but if you are not do not get the pedestal or it will be difficult to reach the top washer

A Must Have

Mini washer on top has proved well worth the cost for delicates. Not as quiet when using the washer on top though. Not totally versed on the Smart Things app, but in time I am certain it will prove useful. Only one small discomfort...have to bend way in to get anything in the back of the washer. The pedastals are only raise it 6 inches so not sure if it's worth getting. Overall...I highly recommend this washer and dryer set!
