Work good looks good best purchase of the year for sure and amazing price

This washing machine (combo) was just what I needed for my new place to feel like home. I love how it effortlessly connects to my other Samsung products and allows me to control it when I'm miles away from home.

Love it!!!! The top washer is great at small things like socks and delegates shirts The app works great It does good at recommending the best dry setting for the dryer

My washer is okay. The top should have a fast cycle. It stays wet and the line needs to be emptied monthly. The cleaning for the washer is 3 hours.

Great washer, fast, quiet and simple to use. Using Samsung SmartThings keeps you informed on what the washer is doing . Highly recommend!!!

This washing machine is absolutely amazing! The cleaning power is unmatchable and I love the alarm toons when my load is finished. Only issue is after delivery, I found a scratch on top after they were gone. I figured I was just at a loss so

i LOVE THIS WASHER AND WISH NOW THAT I HAD GOTTEN THE DRYER TO MATCH....AND THE STANDS. IT IS VERY EASY TO USE AND HAS THE FLEX WASH IN CASE YOU JUST WANT TO WASH A FEW ITEM.

Nice design but we had issues from day one and best buy did nothing and Samsung did nothing. Had a bad howling loud bearing noise and I was told by both parties not to worry its normal. Well now its shot after 15 months and Samsung will only replace 1 of the 3 parts to fix it. The cost to fix is as much as a new one. We threw away $1500 on this item. Do not purchase this unit unless you want to do the same. Others have complained in the reviews about the same issue. This means Samsung knows they have an issue. Good Luck. anyone have suggestions on a replacement?

Absolutely LOVE THIS WASHER. Has so many settings i still havent tried 1/3 of them and ive had it for about 3 months now. Cant express enough how much of a good buy this is. Truly worth the money. Clothes smell cleaner and are softer.

I had the series before this one an I loved it this one is a bit different in shape but work the same.

The machine works well, the size of it is for someone with a very large laundry area. I had to take down all my shelves because I can no longer reach them due to the size of this machine.

Works great so far. The dial to select wash has several selections similar to the previous model which had touchpad selections. Still not a fan of having to dry out the seal everyday to prevent molding is worth the effort to have the space to wash comforters in the front loader.

This washer exceeded our expectations. It is so easy to use and intuitive is incredible! Best house-related purchase this year! PS: the in-store price was lower than online, so I would recommend a walk through your local BestBuy.

This machine is very impressive! Love everything about with the exception of the drain hose. Needs a better design!

We bought the washer and dryer together and it is a great combo. Love all the features especially the extra washer and dryer option. You can now easily manage it through the smart home app through Wi-Fi and schedule your washing or drying accordingly.

Like the two different load sections where the daily school uniform can wash separately on the upper section without running or waiting for whole lot. Nice multiple operation functions liked the functionality to detect load and run cycle based on load.

This is a wonderful product! It is so easy to use and we are very happy! This is our 2nd Samsung washer.

Made laundry more efficient specially you can custom your laundry setting on your phone and also you can monitor electric consumption in the samsung app.

We bought this washer to replace our old samsung front koad washer which lasted 13 years hopefully this one will do the same. Very impressed!!!

This new generation from Samsung is fantastic! I love the first generation flex washer and dryer but the new ones are far superior! Wash and dry a load in a hour is great!
