Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The reason why I'm giving this washer 3 stars is that the previous version had multiple issues, and it got to a point where Best Buy ended up exchanging the older washer for a new washer. The previous version was discontinued, and we had no choice but to get the more recent version. Now, this washer is pretty much identical to the older version except for the front panel. Besides that, I really don’t n any other differences. I just hope that this newer doesn’t have any issues like the previous model.
