After a few weeks of use we are loving this washer. Ability to due the bottom and top are such a time saver for us.

The best washer I’ve used. The AI works so well. This washer has also protected so many of my clothes

This is our second Flex Washer and Dryer and its better than the 1st set we purchased in 2017. The look is cleaner and it washes and spins better. The dryer also is better at not having damp clothes.

I bought a washer which was labelled excellent open box. When i went ti pick it up it was all wrapped for transportation so i could bot inspect the item. Store manager said it was a display model. I asked gor the paperwork and manual. Manager said the washer does bot have any all stuff is online. When i got home and unwrapped the washer to install I discovered it was used. Dirty water poured out of the hose. Soap buildup in the soap load box. Detergent and bleach etc compartment labels were wore off. Dirty water was around the hoints and smelled of mildew. The washer had hair caught in the fins and all over the washer drums. Disgusting! It has been impossible to call the store as the call center said you cant call store direct. Nobody will help! Best Buy in Lexington are liars and thieves.

Read the instructions on how to set it up. The washer will move on spin if you don't staplize it probably. Other than that i love my new set. It plays a nice tone when your landuary is done

Everything we wanted and more. Lager in depth than a normal machine so we had to make adjustments but overall 5 star

15 months before the top washer motor went out! Samsung wants $300 plus parts to repair & Best Buy wants $250 plus parts… I would recommend buying the sets under $1000 & replacing them every 2-3 years for a better product… Samsung has a 12 month warranty & will do nothing to help once that time is up… don’t pay for junk

I do not recommend to buy this appliance. About one month after i purchase this product the screen started locking and freezing. Also the washer was getting confuse by draining instead of washing with water and detergent. No good.

I bought this Samsung smart flex washer from Best buy. It very very bad. I will never recommend this machine to anyone. Its does wash as all other machines do. I bought it and shipped it to Ghana. This come out as dirty as i put it in the mashine. No one should waste money on this washer. I have regret buy it. Waste of money. Not worth a dime. Its a piece of trash.

Item was shaking really bad when spin cycle started. I was really excited when i purchase it but maybe it was a defective one. I end up returning it, the phone representative made the process easy for me. I end up getting a different brand.

It wouldn’t work right, just had to return back maybe received a bad unit. Even call Samsung customer care.

Really did become a game changer for our huge family. Where there are plenty of days where our laundry is running from morning to nighttime. So when our our old LG washer broke down for the 3rd time within 1 year we knew it was time to look around. Were in the market for something sturdy, capable, dependable, and simple to use. Had our eye on these for a while,but at their original price we were still browsing. Than when we saw they had gone on sale, we knew we had to pull the trigger, and are truly so happy we did! The front load is honestly a large capacity already, but the compact top load part is a blessing,Samsung really did something with this, wouldnt be surprised to see other companies follow this model soon as more people end up getting it. Works astouindgly better than our LG even when it was working. Can handle towels, so many things. So easy to use and control. SMARTTHINGS app helps by allowing for google/alexa integration as well. Loads of unique helpful options such as, extensing post wash, steaming, wrinkle prevention, scheduling, etc. but also very simple to use via machine. Honestly couldnt recomend this enough.
