Warranty doesn't last long so you're in the hook for parts and fixes. Will never buy a Samsung appliance again. After this $1200 washer finally craps out for good, I'm going back to normal, $600 made in the 90s washers. At least they last forever.

Nonetheless, we are glad you could install the pedestal without injury. Your feedback helps us understand where we can take steps to improve our product and service.
The overall weight of the washer is 304 lbs. The home appliance will need strength to lift or move the washer around. Washers, if too light, will move on their own during a cycle.
