The Top washer is not needed.

The spin cycle is too loud at the start. It vibrates/shakes the house. I do like the front load instead of top load. I rarely use the top washer, so if this is your deciding factor...hard pass.

As far as practical, I’d say I’m a little disappointed. On multiple occasions I have found that it didn’t completely dry my clothes (not even a large load too!) I would say to allow at least 1-2hrs for clothes to be dried to a “wearable” level of dryness.

We understand having a dryer is important, especially during the wet season. Let us help with your Samsung dryer.
If your clothes are still damp, you might want to change the settings for High or Extra High spin speed.
The load is wet at the end of a cycle. See page 73.
