After delivery was pushed back multiple times we finally got the dryer in December but the washer was no longer manufactured & we were offered the updated model of the same one... We accepted - so when the Washer came in the old washer was "cancelled" and the new one was "sold" (which is why we have a new date displayed here of January 18th). 4 months after buying our washer this one was installed on January 20th. During the 2nd load it randomly paused but we were able to restart and get the load washed. The 3rd load paused twice but it completed after three attempts. The 4th load paused and won't start because the washer won't recognize the door is closed.

The technician says that is working properly but I don't think so. For the price that I paid, it is not worth the money. I thought that purchasing the most expensive would provide me with the best service but no. It is working like that since day 1
