Love the washer but almost impossible to setup connection to WiFi...will not recognize and QR codes nor find the product. Keep getting door open error or machine needs cleaning. Item was also delivered damaged twice. Second time damages were minor and in back of machine but it's under warranty.

Very nice dryer. We love the dual setup and Wi-Fi.

This thing is a pile of crap. Do not buy, best buy nor samsyng wanted to help out cauaw it was 7 days past the yr warranty, yet best buy wouldnt go tback to my first initioal call about it that nobody reached back out to me over and was still in warranty time frame. What a joke. 1800$ for a washer that last just a yr

I bought this piece of junk delivered on May 9, 2022. Within a year and half, it was leaking so bad. So, I called Samsung they told me it is out of warranty which was 1 year only. Not enough when you spent a lot of money buying the combo. They sent the technician out of my pocket. He came over and realized that the rear tub was cracked. He said no way this is not supposed to happen to a new machine, and Samsung has to cover it. So, I called them trying to reason with them. And the answer was no you are on your own. They need to standby their product, not hiding behind the year warranty. Samsung washer is a trash.

Was delivered on last Tuesday, and on Wednesday i loaded it up with it's first load of laundry and it did not work. Kept telling me the door was open. After opening and closing several times it finaly took off! But then the washer would go into "Pause" all on it's own. I had to stand there and baby this thing for 3 hrs to finish the first load of laundry. Called it in and arrangements have been made to have it replaced. Hopefully the next one works.

Washer machine didnt last 2 yrs with 3 services calls

Absolutely horrible. Received a defective product from the very beginning and then it took an additional 4 tries with each weekend having a new unit delivered with a different issue. The delivery person even told me that these units have been having a lot of issues and that a lot of customers were returning these (and went ahead and suggested getting an LG preferably from the manufacturer). I have contacted customer support over 10 times now and keep getting a call center that promises to provide some sort of compensation for the issues and it's been a battle of over 2 months with nothing to show for it. I regret keeping these rather than taking the driver's advice.

Don’t buy this washer without warranty! Bought it Nov 22 and 2 1/2 years later board breaks and it’s $600 to fix half the cost of this washer. Washers should last 8-10 years and if you look online this is a common problem with Samsung.

I can’t actually give a review on this product because 2 weeks after delivery the installation is still incomplete and I haven’t used it. This item is sold without the warning that the drain hose from the washer may not fit your drain, so a plumber or someone who knows how to create/purchase the extension that is needed to fit it into an incompatible drain or switch out the drain. There are so many people involved and information is not communicated correctly. So 2 weeks after the purchase, 3 visits later, I’m now having to choose to switch out appliances or get a plumber. If this VERY IMPORTANT piece information was mentioned to me prior to purchase I would have went with something else that had the basic, easy install. So do your complete research and don’t rely on sales associates to know anything about the product they are selling because they will tell you that they don’t know anything about installation, they just process the payment. So off I go to wash clothes at the laundry mat, walking past my 2 new UNUSED appliances. SO FRUSTRATING!!!

It’s a good washer. But after a year of using it my top washer stopped working. So i would not say it’s reliable. Also the gasket holds on to all the junk so you have to regularly clean it. You cannot modify a cycle according to the way you want easily. Won’t buy it again. Won’t recommend it

Not happy the top washer broker at 7 months of usage!!.

Stopped working after 18 months. Warranty expired after 12 months. Very disappointed.

This washer worked great for the first 1 year. Now its been about a year in a half and the repair guy i had out says its un repairable. The counter weight sheared off damaging the tub. He says would have to replace the counter weight and tub. But if i could even find a tub the cost wouldnt justify the fix and there would be no where to contect the counter weight since the damage. Of course it is out of warranty..
