It will spin slowly then stop and spin opposite direction then do it again for several minutes then it stops and thinks it's unbalanced.

Start botton doesnt work

I love the anti slam door on the top but wish it had it on the bottom. Wouldn’t recommend if it’s not in higher ground. Back breaker.

Nothing but regret! Worst purchase experience ever

Worst purchase experience ever!

NOT KEEPING YOUR obligation

I'm no longer interested in your tech support program. I was on the phone at least 8 times and nobody could seem to get what I needed. I was without a washing machine for over a month, waiting for my new washing machine. So believe you owe me some money to help pay for my new one. It was only 5 years old. I'm very upset. I order it from Samsung and had it within a week.
