The husband and I are very happy with this product, he actually enjoy doing laundry with this machine all the time. LoL Also love the app notifying you when it’s ready, the only issue is that because the machine is in our basement, with some wood working tools and when using, it’s like a dust magnet but other than that we have no regret buying. Definitely worth it.

Had their installer put it in my home and I loved it for about a year and a half. Then it stopped spinning properly and of course I did not buy an extended warranty. My recommendation, if you buy this product, buy the extended warranty. the cost of the repair visit can cost you 75 to 200 just to diagnose the machine. And since I need to replace the tub assembly the diagnoses plus the labor will put me close to the price of buying a new one. And to rub salt into the wound even the repairman told me it was junk product and go buy a new one.
