    lasted a year and a half and then died

    I bought this Samsung washer from best buy. Had their installer put it in my home and I loved it for about a year and a half. Then it stopped spinning properly and of course I did not buy an extended warranty. My recommendation, if you buy this product, buy the extended warranty. the cost of the repair visit can cost you 75 to 200 just to diagnose the machine. And since I need to replace the tub assembly the diagnoses plus the labor will put me close to the price of buying a new one. And to rub salt into the wound even the repairman told me it was junk product and go buy a new one.

    Too expensive, after 4 years you will have trouble. This machine is beautiful, but the digital part of it will broken soon. My machine broke after 4 years, it started making a noise with the spin cycle, the whole spin basket needs to be replaced, samsung just said it is out of warranty. They just don't back up their product. But something cheaper that last longer and it not going to affect your budget if needs replacement. I would recommend a different brand

    Damaged washer and dryer before delivery.

    Purchased open box washer and dryer set which was in perfect visible condition in the store. After about three weeks they were finally delivered but were damaged and we refused the delivery. Unsatisfactory interaction with customer service and took a while to get charges removed.

    Two tries both bad..

    First delivery, worked for 3 days and then broke down. Had a repair team come out and it was a motor issue. Had a replacement sent out, and that one was defective on delivery. The install and repair teams were both professional, and very nice however.
