After about three weeks they were finally delivered but were damaged and we refused the delivery. Unsatisfactory interaction with customer service and took a while to get charges removed.

This machine is beautiful, but the digital part of it will broken soon. My machine broke after 4 years, it started making a noise with the spin cycle, the whole spin basket needs to be replaced, samsung just said it is out of warranty. They just don't back up their product. But something cheaper that last longer and it not going to affect your budget if needs replacement. I would recommend a different brand

Two tries both bad..

Had a repair team come out and it was a motor issue. Had a replacement sent out, and that one was defective on delivery. The install and repair teams were both professional, and very nice however.
