I love my Samsung washer Flex Washer! I can wash full xtra big loads at the bottom and a small load at the top which saves me a lot of time! I can do my laundry in a fraction of the time I use to. I Highly recommend it.

I love it! highly recommend. Only thing is that there is no manual book so that is a negative part but the machine is wonderful. Does an excellent job at washing and notifying you when done. :)

Its an awsome product the way tge wash an dry and technology added to them. Im amazed!

I love that uses very little water and if you want to wash small items you can just use the washer above, perfect for our family.

Washing machine runs smooth and quiet. Great to have the 2 separate load options to wash smaller loads/delicates. Cheaper than buying a washing machine and the delicate pedestal machine.

I Love this Washer it has tackled everything I’ve thrown into it, my clothes are completely clean no detergent residue spots and our clothes are so soft even after using the heavy duty cycle good job Samsung!!!!

I purchased this washer for my mom to replace and old washer that was too small and had been having issues with the top loading tub. The multiple washing options really make a difference when sorting out loads of laundry.

I love the size and the fact that it moves a lot through both washing machines so the clothes don't get together and the socks don't get lost.

This is the ideal unit for a large family. The size is best you can get for your bucks and its surprisingly very quite and smooth. Does the job excellent and would highly recommend this to family who have extra large loads and/or multiple loads or just lazy to do regular laundry.

DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE!!! Im furious that Samsung is still selling these machines and has discontinued most the parts to fix it. I paid $2100 for this machine 4 years ago and the control board went out so i tried to get ahold of Samsung to buy the part from them only to find out its been discontinued and not available. I have been on the phone for 5 hours and still no resolution. Then i give up and start looking at new machines to find that Samsung is still selling these machins. How are they gonna sell the exact model number that has discontinued parts. If you buy this machine and you have problems with it then you are going to be stuck having to buy another new unit.

This washer is amazing. Really large loads can be handled, and if you have a small job just pop it into the top compartment.

It washes my clothes. I put them in dirty, and they come out clean! But seriously, it is pretty impressive. The small top washer is great for delicates or just a few small items that cant wait for a full load in the main compartment.

Does everything you would want ans more. Absolutely love the ability to do smaller loads in a smaller compartment.

My other washer began shredding my clothes so I needed a washer quickly. It took me a while to find this one due to the shortage but I got lucky. I really like my new washer. I love the ability to wash 2 loads at once.

All was great just installer that came from Best Buy was very rude and unprofessional!! He didn’t touch anything and I had to bring someone else who did it less than 20 minutes.

I truly love this washer. Is my all time favorite. Love the flex wash for delicate items. Recommend this to everyone.

The washer can wash large loads. Choices of soil level, water hot or cold and fluffy or heavy clothes cycle. Plus the small or delicate load at the top of the washer. Great job done.

Not too bad. The machine itself is 412lbs. Wherever you want it- make sure you keep it there and won’t need to move it to get to plumbing/ electrical too often. I’ve used the small washer a lot more than I expected. So far it works great.

Love my new washer and dryer. Clothes look and smell so much better. Both are quiet and we love the app features that give you time and status of each wash.
