I am in love with my new washer and dryer! Samsung has outdone themselves this time. I am excited to do laundry now! I love the fact that I can wash/dry multiple loads at once. This allows me more free time with my family!

The washer is great and cleans well, especially dealing with delicates. However, the app does not support iPhone 8 or 10. The older iPhone can still use the app to control the machine though.

This is like the Bently of washers all joking aside, it's been working great past moth, we use the top washer for smaller washes and the bottom compartment is much larger then my previous washer. I purchased the black color they look great.

This is the best washer I have owned and the features are a great addition. love the smart control and self cleaning feature. Washer is very quiet. Everything comes out clean and smells great. These units are big.

I really like the top washer feature. Downside of the regular washer is water sits on the seal. It beeps incessantly while trying to remove the clothes to put in the dryer.

This Samsung dual washer comes in handy when you have to wash small loads like undergarments as well as huge loads, such as comforters. In short, I absolutely love my washer, especially that I’m able to track the status of my loads on my phone.

Love it! The small washer on top is very convenient. However, $1800 is pretty steep. I got it on Black Friday and got it at a great price!

Super easy to use. Lots of cycle types. Fast washing times. Nice to have it connected to WiFi so I get notified when cycles are complete so they don’t sit in there for a hour or so while I work on other stuff.

The two washers are very convenient! Don’t get quite as much use out of them as the dual dryers but still nice to have. Bottom washer is great, top one requires a light and balanced load.

This is really a remarkable washing machine considering that you can do two loads at the same time. Our daughter is due with her third child in 6 weeks and seems like she's always doing laundry. She's ecstatic with this washing machine.

Really wavered back and forth due to the price. But with the memorial day price drop we bought them. The small upper and larger lower are awesome. Such a time save to be able to run 2 loads at once.

This is so quiet and is amazing that I can wash/dry either a huge load, or just a quick 1-2 items on the top load. Also works great for delicates (like my work clothes)

We love this washer. The only down side is that it leaked once and we have only had it for a few months.

This washing machine is huge. I can fit a king sized comforter in it and it gets thoroughly washed. The spin cycle really removes tons of water before the laundry goes into the dryer.

Awesome washer, washes cloths much faster than my previous washer. The upper washer is great for small loads. Even though it has many features, it is very easy to use and set.

The capacity is large enough for bedding, which is a plus. Honestly the only downfall is there are almost too many options to drying. Can be a bit confusing. Love the steam washing option. Overall I love the product.

Upgrading from a 10 year old washer and this one is on a total different level. It is nice to have the flexibility to do small loads which comes up more than you think. Also the top washer looks really small but don’t let it fool you - I can easily get five t-shirts,underwear, and sweatpants to fit. The bottom washer is big enough for just about any load. I got mine on sale because it is hard to justify spending that kind of money on a washer and dryer but make no mistake about it that this washer is top of the line high quality. I just hope I can get another 10 plus years out of this machine. I will update if I have any future problems.

I love the controls that are available, water temps, number of rinses (up to 5), spin length, steam sanitizing options, and blu-tooth connection. My clothes are super clean, and with the extra rinses, detergent residue is not an issue.

I love my new washer and dryer. The top washer and the drying rack has been perfect. I found it easy to learn to use. The delivery and set up went very smooth. The Samsung Flex washer and dryer are wonderful.

I’ve had this for about 2 months now and it’s been great. I like the connectivity aspect, it will notify my phone and even show up on any of the latest TVs, that the washer/dryer is ready.
