My recent Samsung Washer & Dryer Purchase once again proves that Best Buy is simply the BEST! The whole experience was amazing from start to finish!

I bought this washer and dryer less than a month ago. They are both super loud and the washer makes a knocking noise. Had the Samsung repair guy look at it, he said i needed to use the lower spin cycle and left! So I called Best Buy and they send an independent company to “repair” it. All they told me was to remove the pedestals, that they were too small for that size washer. I ended up returning all of it and getting an American made product...we’ll see how that goes....

I bought this machine about a year ago and I rarely used it, maybe a couple of times in a month. After each use, I cleaned and wipe the door seal to avoid any potential mold/damage. In less than a year the door seal broke and I have to put a cup under its door to collect water! called Best buy and Samsung and both refused to offer any warranty service! Now I should pay someone to come and fix it.

I am so over the top on this washer!!! It is amazing!! My clothes come out smelling so good and they stay that way!!!

I really love the fact that this washing machine can be within my touch in my phone .

A water sensor went out after two months. The washer had an LC1 error and Geek Squad support could even help me get the door open to get my wet, soapy clothes out so I could take them to a laundrymat. Samsung support is even worse. $1500 down the drain!! And I’m past 45 days by 16 days so no refund! Bye by Best Buy!!

The product is perfect, the quality is pretty good

I would like to start by saying that this washing machine is just hands down amazing, from its very sleek black stainless steel design to the technology packed inside. This is a front loading unit with a very large loading capacity, on top of that it also has a smaller washing unit located at the top of the washing machine for your lighter loads. This washing machine has made our lives so much easier. I have two kids 4 and 2, and they go through clothes like nothing. With the flexwash we are able to wash two loads at one time, which cuts down on your laundy time, and leaves us with more time to spend with the family. This unit is packed with technology, from its smart controls to its super speed cycle and so much more. Smart control is just an amazing option to have on this unit. It allows you to control with machine via wifi and monitor the time remaining on the cycle. It also notifies you via SMARTHINGS when your wash is done and ready for the dryer, and since our washer is located in the basement of our house, we dont have to run up and down now everytime we put in load, now we just pop open the app and bam. The super speed on this unit is another amazing option. So basically it speeds up your laundry time without cutting back on its cleaning abilities. So, on a normal wash which is about 45 minutes depending on the options, the super speed cuts that down to 30 minutes and does the same great job cleaning as it would on the normal cycle. This washing machine also comes with steam cleaning and sanatizing option, which with kids that love to get dirty is god sent. Also, i am surprised on how quiet this washing machine is, you can barely tell when the machine is running, even in the spin cycle. i cant say enough about how much we love our samsung flex wash.

washing machine from the top part does not beat the clothes when it is time to rinse, it is filled and when it finishes filling the water is emptied and the spin cycle begins. I asked to be changed and the one that was brought to me also does not beat the clothes when they rinse

I washed two laundry loads and it stopped working. First the basin began flooding while the machine was turned off. No error codes. A day later error 5C was displayed. This has been a disappointment from Best Buy delivery coming 12 hours late. To their driver damaging the washer during the installation and now this. Aweful.

No even more than a month Already having problems The water on the top washer is getting stuck and is not coming out We bought Best Buy warranty, but Best Buy don’t cover since this washer has more than a month and we have to use first the warranty from Samsung

I received the WV9900 6.0 Total cu. ft. FlexWash™ Washer and cannot rave enough about it. They were installed and ready to use immediately. I think I've even now learned how to actually wash clothes correctly. With all the preset buttons and settings there is no way to wash wrong. My clothes have never been cleaner, fresher, and softer. I use the same soap, softener, bleach or color safe bleach that I used in my old machine and my clothes were never this great. I also cannot believe how many clothes can fit in this washer. I no longer split my towel load in two, I am able to fit about 15 towels in one load, and king size bedding in this large drum. With a weekend full of laundry being able to fit more in one load and still have clean, fresh clothes is heaven. I also love the app. It's so convenient to be able to look right at my phone and know how much longer a load will take and even keep getting alerts if I've accidentally left a load of clothes in the drum. My favorite part of the app is just getting a notification that the clothes are done because I like to turn the sound off the machine at night when the kids are sleeping and with the FlexWash washer being so quiet it really helps. The black stainless steel is gorgeous and doesn't show any fingerprints! Now, my favorite part of the Flexwash washer is the little washer on top! For anyone who has ever washed an underwire bra in a regular washer knows it is not a pretty picture and actually age your delicates faster, not anymore! My sweaters are fluffy and not stretched, all the underwire in my bras are still in tact, and when I just need a few things washed, I can without feeling like I am wasting water. I could name a million more thing I love about this washer but you have to see it to believe it. My sister-in-law and aunt both witnessed it and have already ordered one each. I am very happy with the Flexwash washer and now actually look forward to doing the laundy! #SamsungInsider #SamsungFlexWash

After 7 months the top washer is not draining properly. The clothes is not being properly drain. I will have to request a maintenance repair.

I’ve had my Washer & Dryer set for about 2 weeks now. These units are nothing short of Awesome! The washer has been a blessing for my wife and family. Since this washer unit has 2 washers built in, it’s allowed my wife to be flexible when she has needed it the most. We have 3 little kids at home all below the age of 4, accidents happen and having the flexibility to wash a super small load versus always having to use the large tumbler is a great thing to have. We have tried so many features on this washer lately and there’s still more to try. This larger washer was worth the upgrade for our larger family. We needed the flexibility while also being able to do a much larger loads of laundry to save time. Connecting this washer to our smartphones with the smart control feature allows us to once again have the flexibility we need as a family at home and on the go. This washer tells us when loads of laundry are done and ready to dry, but if we forget to do turn the washer on, (because parents never forget anything) we have been able to get it running by simply using our smartphone to do it! There are so many positive things to say about this washer that it’s hard to do a pros and cons list. This washer has more pros than cons hands down. There are 2 things that falls under the cons list for me and one is the price tag, this isn’t going to be a cheap purchase for anyone, but if you make the jump it’s worth every dollar. The second thing is standard for any front load washer, is the fact that you must leave the door open on the washer to avoid a mildew smell in the washer. Other than that, the design of this washer, the flexibility of use, the flexibility of washing options, the ability to control the washer remotely are only some of the amazing things this washer will do for your family. No question, these are the best washer & dryer sets on the market! Samsung hit a home run here.

I finally replaced an 8 year old washing machine with this excellent and top of the line Samsung washing machine. After installation and a quick review of the manual we started using this washer, we have a three year old boy at home and with the second washer on top life is much easier as with any child this age or so ......... we have to "clean up" the mess that he makes and washing his cloth is easy and fast and dryer next to it is a Wonderfull addition. it is very quiet and we hardly hear its noises except when it spinning fast at the end of the cycle. Cloths are way cleaner than before, and the ability to do 2 loads at the same time is a life saver when you are in a rush. Can't explain how wonderful this product is, you have to try it to appreciate the quality built that Samsung put into making it. Highly recommended and there is noway that anyone will regret buying it. Excellent options for all kinds of cloths, it can easily fit a large blanket easily.

Having previously owned both a front-load washer and then a top-load washer I can attest there is no comparison with the cleaning abilities of this washer. After owning an older Samsung front-load set for 10 years (which cleaned wonderfully) I decided to purchase a top-load set when we relocated. After much research we selected the Whirlpool Cabrio top load set since it rated highly on several sources & several friends said they loved theirs. Don’t waste your money. Immediately it was evident the top-load washers don’t come close to the cleaning efficiently of front-load washers. Not even close. This is for several reasons: 1.) the lack of tumbling rotation to clothes in those of top-load washers (without an agitator), do not give clothes a thorough cleaning. Your clothes do not get cleaned. Period. 2.) too little water. Top-load washers, in an effort to conserve energy & be considered “HE”, try to sell consumers on the fact that you will cut down on the amount of water usage per load & will ultimately save money in the long run. False. If not using the “deep water” sitting on the top-load washer, there is so little water that the top layer of clothing never gets completely submerged, forcing one to have to use the “deep water” setting per every washing. Unfortunately, even then the clothes are not clean. “Clean” clothes that come out of the washer with deodorant still on the inside of shirts are not “clean.” I tried to love the top-load washer. I tried all the detergents. I used more detergent. I used less detergent. The end result was always the same-clothes were not clean. Clothing consequently is left with a film of builtup residue from lack of thorough rinsing. After trying for 6 mos to love my new top-load washer, we said enough was enough and went back to the front load washer and purshased the Samsung flex-wash set. After the first wash with my new washer, ALL the clothing came out spotless and CLEAN! You will use less detergent. You will not have to pretreat. Your clothes will be CLEAN again. Worth every last penny.

I replaced an aging front loader with this new FlexWasher and believed the top smaller washer would come in handy and I was right! The smaller washer does excellent for my wife's hand wash and delicate garments. There's one thing I wanted to try and that was a jersey as I hate washing my stitching jerseys afraid to mess them up. I loaded up 2 of my jerseys and they came out clean with no damage! I have washed many jerseys now this way. Another great feature from my previous model is that you don't have to add waster to a reservoir to get steam. The washer uses the existing water line to get the steam going! The washer is large and tested every type of item from bedding, towels, kids clothes and denim. All items came out clean and great. I use pods and have no issues with my clothes not coming out smelling great and clean. I am happy with the washer and will continue to try all the features. There are so many from Fast Wash, Sanitize to name a couple more. The washer has smart features and can connect to the Samsung Smart Things app. My phone now lets me know when my load of clothes is complete! The machine is great to look at with the great finish and there is even a light in the drum of the washer which you normally don't see! I am reviewing as part of the Insiders Program!

Looks complicated.....but it isn't. The capacity is awesome! I love the top washer and use it a lot! The ability to do two loads at once, greatly reduces time spent doing laundry. Both the top and lower washer clean clothes exceptionally well. I follow the directions, use the dispensers as instructed. Both also spin almost all the moisture from clothes, reducing dry time. This unit is a bit on the large side, so measure well. Also, be mindful of which side your water supply and dryer vent are on. The dryer door can be switched, but NOT the washer door. I love it!

I don’t know if it will ever be possible to make doing laundry fun, but this new FlexWash washer has defiantly brought me closer to that point. Ok, almost everyone hates doing laundry. For me doing the laundry can be tedious, time consuming, and is an interruption to the limited downtime I have on the weekends. With my new FlexWash washer I could not be happier. There are so many cool options and features that help make the chore of doing the laundry faster, better, and more convent, such as smart home integration, delayed start, being able to do 2 loads of laundry on different settings at the same time, customization options, and fast wash mode. I’m really impressed with this washer so far. On top of all the features, it is simply gorgeous to look at. This washer has truly lived up to the hype. It is saving me time doing laundry, my clothes are coming out nice and clean, and there are so many cool features. A couple of things to be aware of if you are looking at this washer. The washer itself is fairly tall. My wife is 5’4”. If we added the pedestals, it would make it difficult for her to reach the upper washer. So I don’t feel that the pedestals would be needed, unless you are tall or do not plan on using the upper washer much.
