It’s not a washer that you can just throw your laundry in and go. There are a LOT of settings. Still haven’t figured it out yet and have ended up with a washer that did not spin all of the water out after the cycle ran. Nice features! Just gotta read the book!

IT WORKS FANTASTIC. tHE TOP WASHER DOES A GREAT JOB, BUT THE BIGGEST DEAL IS THAT OUR CLOTHES ARE VERY CLEAN. WE HAD A TOP LOADER AND OUR CLOTHES NEVER SMELLED CLEAN. THEY DO EITH THE FLEXWASHER.

You need it to add the detergent to the small load on top. It was a hassle to get it. After 45 with the chat center and about 1 hour at the store I finally called Samsung and they sent me a replacement.
