Samsung just informed me that the part no longer exists and they would have to replace the unit. Due to the age of my unit they are offering a prorated refund that is about 50% of the cost of a new machine even though they have a warranty that states 10 years for motor parts (which this is part of) One (1) year parts and labor, Three (3) years stainless tub part (Part Only), Ten (10) years washing DD motor part (Part Only)

Top washer is not so great. Mistake was made once of putting to much fabric softener in the top washer. This cause the top washer softener compartment to clog and overflow. Even after cleaning it out the compartment the top washer refuses to complete a cycle without generating an error code and shutting down the washer completely (top and bottom). If you search the other negative reviews on here you will see the issue is likely a manufacturing flaw that Samsung has not fixed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend Samsung take all my money!!!

Love that you can do a small load in the upper portion at the same time you are running a full load in the lower portion. My clothes come out very clean. I also love that when it is running a spin cycle it is so quiet. The only downside is the lower door us pretty low.
