    I wanted so badly to be in love with everything about this washer, I really did, but it's true about the 1LC1 error code, I had already narrowed it down to the top washer before reading the reviews and my washer is only 1.5 years old, luckily I have the extended warranty through BestBuy AND a tray underneath the washer to save my hardwood floors, but who wants to have multiple visits to repair a design flaw on their washer? it's frustrating to say the very least, I'm waiting for a repair appointment as we speak.

    Top washer ruined my bras. You really can’t wash much in there, maybe socks. It has lots of bells and whistles, but waiting weeks upon weeks to get it was not worth it. Returned it for the equivalent LG version.
