First issue is the top washer (the reason we purchased this machine) is completely useless. We get error codes every time it is used and the machine leaks. Technicians have told us it’s because we put too much clothing in it or that we use too much detergent, but it has given us the same error code with a completely empty load. We’ve had a technician come out 3 times to fix the issue and they have even replaced the main computer panel and it still gives us the error code. I have resorted to not ever using the top washer which is sickening given the cost of the machine just to have this feature. On top of this reoccurring issue, our lower washer has just broken as well and needs ANOTHER new main computer panel. Of course only the first technician visit was under warranty and now it’s on us to fix this issue since it is over one year old. For a washer less than two years old it’s quite upsetting that we thought we were purchasing a top of the line machine and we’ve gotten anything but that. I wish Samsung would own up to their mistakes with this machine and resolve these issues.

Washed a delicate sweater in the top small washer and a load of towels in the bottom at the same time. Both came out perfect. Just need to make sure the top washer CLICKS closed or you will get an error code.
