Best washer you can get at this time, no regrets !

Among the pros is the WiFi feature that notifies the status of the wash load but the one I got was installed by BestBuy and after the first use it was really loud

Due to the coronavirus our new machine, front loader, also a Samsung was supposed to be delivered March 21. They would not deliver it so we are stuck with this Samsung Toploader until such time as Best Buy’s delivery people bring it to our home. It’s a huge machine but it does not ring out the clothes efficiently. It is not suitable for largeLoads or for bedding. It becomes unbalanced

On April 8, 2021, BestBuy's Geek Squad sent a A&E to my home to look at my Washing Machine. The technician indicated I needed new motherboard. He ordered the motherboard and it arrived at my home within a few days. I called BestBuy to let them know the part arrived and Bestbuy scheduled my appointment for April 13th with a window of 12-5 (order#67222835). We waited for A&E to show up for 5 hours...and they never showed up, called or text to let us know they were not coming. I called on BestBuy back on April 14th to let them know A&E was a no show. Bestbuy directed me to A&E. The representatives at A&E were very disrespectful and inconsiderate. They did not have any remorse for being a "no show". They said they did not show up because they did not have my email address. That is very weird and lame considering they just came to my home earlier this month. I asked to speak with a supervisor at A&E and he ended up hanging up on me and didn't even bother to call me back when the call dropped. I do not recommend A&E's services for anyone and HIGHLY recommend bestbuy to stop utilizing them!

This washer is joke, this is not worked since the day I bought and not getting replaced/exchange either

I don't write reviews unless a product is amazing or terrible. This is one of the worst purchases I have ever made. I wish we could return both the washer and dryer. I regret this purchase immensely. My clothes never smell clean. I have tried every direction in the manual. I have asked for advice from online forums. I've bought 4 different kinds of soap. For all it's fanciness it does not do the simple task it was created to do - wash dirty clothes until they are clean. The wash loads take between 65 -105 minutes. The clothes are still not clean. We have had it malfunction twice in one year. Code LCI appears on the machine and it sounds an alarm until it is unplugged. Unplugging the washer is incredibly hard for me as the machine is 3/4 of my height. If I could return this product I would have them pick it up today.

Sadly Samsung machines or at least this particular models have lots of issues with the door, technically we have to slam the door in order to close them, already had a tech coming during my manufacture warranty to check them and going on my second visit.

After our washing machine died on us due to damage from the earthquake here in Alaska. We were looking for something comparable to what we had currently. This has so many great features and my wife loves doing her delicates in the top wash section. Great washing machine and does even heavy loads in a low amount of time comparable to other brands and models.

Have had this unit for a little over a year and the washer constantly stops mid run. Will not rinse the clothes or spin. I have gone through all of the online steps of cleaning out the hose, filter, checking the door latch and resetting the system. We contacted Samsung repair and the washer is no longer covered under warranty because it’s over a year old so it’s 80 dollars for them to assess plus repair costs. We had expected much better for the price since we paid $1200 for this washer! Additionally, we had issues with our Samsung refrigerator, closed system crashed 3 times in a year they gave us our money back. Would NOT recommend any Samsung Appliance and will NEVER buy a Samsung product again.

This is a very expensive machine! after about 6 months of use, it started acting out and giving a weird error message right before our whole kitchen floor was filled with water. We read the reviews, seems to be a common problem. We thought it was because of detergent overuse or softener, but we almost don't even put softener in it and very little detergent now and yet, we have been experiencing our 4th water overflow. Funny thing is, we can't find out where the water comes out of!!? it just fills the floor. The headache is not worth it. I would not recommend this machine to anyone!

The washer cleans our clothes really well and clothes come out almost dry after the spin cycle.

This washer has been nothing but a litany of issues ever since purchasing it. Constant error messages, leaks, loud knocking, bouncing all over the place, etc. You need to be extra careful when loading each time, and it requires all too much maintenance between washes.
