    The washing machine broke in one year and three month and the manufacture warranty is only for a one year. For that price it is not worth it. You can buy cheaper and does the same job.

    I knew when i saw all the buttons to get the bestbuy warranty and im glad i did. I was using the top washer and water just started flowing out the back like a garden hose. I couldn't even turn it off had to unplug it. Bestbuy has been out to fix it twice now. The top only didn't work now the bottom dosen't. Samsung stopped making this machine i will probably get the extra warranty after the 4 year one is up if possible. I'm sure i will be taking alot of trips to the laundry mat with this machine.

    I was excited about this washer especially the upper washer. On my first use of it to wash lingerie, placed in lingerie bags, the spin cycle was so violent as to shake the machine enormously and have me running to see what was going on. Both underwires of my bra was pushed out by the strong spin. The base of another bra was worn raw. I decided this machine needed to go, especially after a repair tech noticed the lower washer didn't fully drain. Done. Buyer beware. This is too highly touted as is the dryer.

    Do not waste your money on this machine. I first bought machine in fall of 2017. By fall of 2018 the machine started leaking from the front. Best buy replaced it in October of 2018. It is now July 2019 and the replacement is leaking and displaying the same error code as the first machine. I am waiting now for the geeks to assess this machine and replace it with something else. I will never buy a Samsung machine again.

    I purchased this machine and matching dryer 7 months ago. The washer started having leaking issues that can't be repaired. Samsung warranty department offered Best Buy store credit, but this washing machine has been discontinued and none of the stores including Samsung will no longer have one. Also there is no other washer that would match the dryer now. Warranty department is not offering any reasonable solution.

    DO NOT PURCHASE THIS WASHER! 53 weeks (that's right, 1 week after manufacturers warranty expired) in to our ownership, the washer shut down with both washers displayed the code 1 LC1.. a moisture detection code. After googling it, I "milked" it along for a while, the lower washer worked all of the time unless I used the upper washer at the same time. Now, the upper washer will not operate without "coding out" By the way, when the code is displayed, the ENTIRE unit shuts down, not just the upper unit.

    Worst washer I have ever owned. The top washer does not work properly. I paid for the extra warranty and they have been out 5 times to fix it and then it works with nothing in it and when they leave and I try to wash 2 small items it still give the same error code and stays locked filled with water until I unplug and tilt the heavy machine forward. Save yourself the frustration, dont buy, not worth the money

    It's horrible how it wash! If you are a person, that likes your clothes clean, don't buy this machine... I installed it today, i made tons of loads, and it doesn't work for me, all the stains are on the clothes.... it doesn't matter how strong is the cycle or much soap is always dirty... I am missing my old GE machine. Tomorrow I will call to return... too much money for this... mot happy at all, it looks pretty, but that all, don't waste your money!!!

    My dryer is missing parts. Called geek squad, got disconnected twice, called delivery, was forwarded to 7 different people. NO ONE KNOWS WHAT DO DO THERE!!!! And I paid for Geek Squad!!!!! BAD BAD BAD BAD SERVICE. Just BAD!

    We are extremely disappointed in the Samsung washing machine. We have only had the washing machine for 1 year and a half and we have had to have it serviced more than 5 times. We wish we would have never purchased this. It only operates now on about 3 types of washing cycles. The door locks automatically when the washing machine is turned off. On top of that, customer service is terrible and the warranty on this machine is unacceptablele.

    The top loader on this unit broke down within 2 weeks of receiving the unit. I was unaware at the time of purchase but the top loader has been a problem and source of frustration for many consumers based on reviews.

    Very poor product it broke the top washers in less a year. Samsung warranty did not want to repair they even said that they can reassure that it will done properly. Offer to store credit and that is not covering the new price so Best Buy said we have to paid for the difference as well tax and offer no solution either. I guess that is was you get to be loyal Samsung and silver elite customer in Best Buy.

    It stops drying for no reason and shuts off like every 10 min even tho its set at an hr. I tried setting up the smart care on it so at least i could re start it with the app when im not home so it doesn't take 2 days to dry one load but every time i try to set that up it only gets so far then stops. I cant believe a washer that is so expensive could have so many problems.

    Do not buy. Had it for One day took it back was leaking all over the place looked online and seen bad reviews as well. The one time I did not do research I had water all over my laundry room. If you do get this plan on stay home just to make sure the water does not leak and do not use the WiFi when you leave because if it does leak it will stop working but does not stop the water from running so it will fill up and fall out.

    Have owned this washer and dryer for 16 months and the washer started leaking water all over from I believe the top washer. $3000, haven't even finished paying it off, and the darn thing leaks?? I sure hope someone from Samsung or Best Buy is going to contact me or I will take my business somewhere else. This is ridiculous.

    This is the absolute garbage of a washer by samsung. Not only does it take all the space in your laundry room (if its mid sized like mine), it does an abysmal job of cleaning clothes. And if you are buying this because you think it will connect to your wifi and subsequently the samsung app, it won't. Just save your money.

    Top washer doesn't clean as well

    The lower washer doesn't give me a problem works fine but I bought this washer for the top washer so I can wash cleaning rags etc. It doesn't get the job done at all.
