The small washer on top “is known to break”. Has been more of a headache than a convenience, for sure. Took geek squad over 6 months to replace the top washer. It still doesn’t work. Definitely not worth it.

I haven’t had it 1 year & it has had to be repaired 2 times already. Then it takes over a week to get someone to repair it. I have 4 kids how are we supposed to go weeks without a washing machine.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When the flex washer arrived I was intimidated by all the settings and dual functionality. The system we have is black which makes the different wash cycles pop out with the LED screen. The slick color added to our already modern look that we have within the house. The bottom drum is very deep and can accommodate large loads. The top can focus on the small sensitive fabric. To thiink that one person could do two loads at one time blew my mind. But it can be done! I am not an technological person and it took me time to work thru the many different functions. For the first few weeks I used the main functions however as each cycle was under my bealt I would expand my knowledge by leaning a new cycle. The dual function allows one person to pay attention to delicate clothes while watching bed spreads at the same time. However once you break thru your fear of using it each load becomes easier. I know that there are still many different cycles to learn and I look forward to keep learning them. When you turn the system on you will feel the need to check on it as o did several times to make sure it was in the wash cycle. It was so much quieter than the last machine that I wasn’t sure it was on. There are so many options that to have the ability to wash different fabrics that will expand the life of your clothing. My daughter is in dance company and we wash her dance outfit 3-4 times a week. The flex washer had a function for active wear. For those of you who want to expand the self life on certain clothes. Another one of the most amazing features offered on the system is the self clean function. I’m other machines I have never used this option however after research I discovered that the machine cleans itself. I will be using this fiction as much as the system allows. For those who are tired of that after smell in the machine Samsung has figured it out. When I used the first cycle of clean I was sold. No more mildew smell. The chime functionality at the end of the cycle gives the person wasting the clothes a happy dance at the end andrather than the deaded dual noise of the beep on my prior washer.
