I had to purchase a replacement Samsung range to match other kitchen appliances. Control panel hard to see and read. Not user friendly and instructions for use are of no help

While the range and its features are nice. Within the first year, we had to make 3 service calls to Samsung. They send technicians who dont speak english, lol. They had to replace all the burners under the cooktop.
With the left side burners, if you put it on the lowest temp, between Low and 2. Your food burns instead of a simmer. Now the right side is the complete opposite, things take way too long to cook.
The oven cookes things way to fast, if a recipe calls for 20 minutes, we have to set a timer for 15 minutes. While not a bad thing, i dont understand why no one at Samsung or Best Buy cannot figure this out.
We are now dealing with Best Buy and as a total tech member, etc. They want to charge $80 every visit.
This is the 2nd Samsung appliance we have bought from Best Buy and it will be our last.

For starters... it's a really good stove. Chief complaint is the griddle. It doesn't heat evenly. Size and ease of use are great. Cleaning the stove top is a bugger. Smart control is awesome. We'll it looks great, too.

Buyer beware!!!!!! Would give zero stars if it was an option!!!
Bought a Samsung stove about a year ago and the stainless steel is already showing rust!!! Garbage company that sells garbage products!!!!
Oh and I called Samsung customer support and they refuse to fix the issue!!! I told them I would be writing a few reviews and they basically told me to go ahead!!!
So here I am!!!
Challenge accepted!!!
Research and buy another brand!!!

Best oven/range I have ever owned! Love being able to use the app to go ahead and preheat so it's ready to go when I walk in the door when were on a time crunch!! The griddle is also wonderful to have right there with me while I'm making breakfast. I can actually keep an eye on my pancakes while I'm making my eggs and bacon or whatever else at the same time!! Super convenient and the look is beautiful!! We bought a Samsung fridge last year and this year was the oven upgrade, hoping to do the same next year with a washer and dryer : )
