This allows the heat to circulate more evenly. There's a super helpful video on best buy that you should watch. It explains each model and the differences between them.

A: I have had my oven for three weeks and so far I’m loving it. Yes it has a quick boil and the oven is heats up quickly as well. I haven’t trued the air fryer yet but looking forward to see as how it works.
