Smart Freestanding Electric Range for a few weeks now, and I'm really impressed with it. The oven is large and spacious, and the no-preheat air fry function is a game-changer. I've been able to cook chicken, french fries, and even pizza in the air fryer without having to preheat the oven first. The convection+ technology also does a great job of evenly cooking food, and the removable griddle is a nice addition for making pancakes, waffles, or grilled cheese sandwiches. The only real downsides to this range are that the air fry function can be a bit noisy, and the griddle can be difficult to clean if not used properly. This range looks awesome and really operates well! Easy to use controls … haven’t had it long enough to use the clean cycles, but so far we really like it, especially enjoy the griddle that comes with!

I have to say this is one beautiful range and it seems very sturdy. It matches my whirlpool ss frig even with the logos it is not noticeable. It cleans up nicely with a little elbow, a stiff sponge will get up most stains. The wifi is ok nothing to call home about. I have already used the top burners and air fryer. Both did a nice job but be prepared to clean quite a bit of grease from the oven after using the air fryer mode and also be ready with the house freshner afterwards because it can get smokey. BTW I did the pre oven burnout. The smell will linger a bit. Overall it is doing good but it will take a little time to learn everything. I do think that it was worth the money but just remember it is a range prone to spills and messy mistakes. I hope that this will be helpful.

Installed 4 months ago and I am pretty happy with it. Works great. My only conplaint is when the oven is preheating, it makes a clicking noise and after researching I guess its normal.. You get use to it but it caught me off guard.

I like how programmable it is, and it’s easy to use

I really enjoy it so far. Only thing that would make it better is being able to see numbers around the knobs without turning on big kitchen lights. They are hard to see.

Giving 4 stars due to fact that the Range was delivered with damage, a dent located on the left above the front panel where you select the cooking option. The Best Buy delivery Rep took photos and said he would call in in. However, I have not received any contact as yet from Best Buy regarding this matter.

So far so good because I haven’t had this very long. I do like the griddle and the connecting burner.

This tuscan stainless range is not the same color as pictured. Of you are standing at the perfect angle with the right amount of light.. a portion of it may be close to the color pictures. But other than that we love the range. Air fryer capability is great. I can get rid of my air fryer and have more counrer space.

It is not the color it looks like in the picture. Also, the touch screen doesn't always detect our touches.

The stove itself cooks food very well. However cleaning stove top is not so good. I tired different products and none seems to work on getting food off.

So far we like it after about 2 months. The only disappointing thing I’d say is the griddle that comes with it moves around the flat top very easily while you’re trying to use it. So it’s a headache to keep it over the eyes and try to get or flip a pancake. We haven’t used the air fryer basket yet because you have to place a cookie sheet underneath and I’m afraid it’s going to make a big mess. Besides that its beautiful (black stainless steel) . It cooks the food in the oven better than our last. I would definitely recommend but I might suggest getting the exact same one that’s a little cheaper and doesn’t come with the air fryer basket or the griddle. Just because I don’t think those add any value and you end up paying more.

I've had this oven for a couple months now and I like it. There are a couple things that I think could be better but overall it's a nice oven. The things I like most are the way it cooks using bake and convection. Everything I've made has cooked perfectly. I only tried the air fryer once and I wasn't impressed. I used it to cook a pork tenderloin and after 25 minutes,(the amount of time it should've been done) it was still pink in the middle and the outside was not even a little bit crispy. Since what I was making in my counter top air fryer was done at that point, I transferred the pork to that and finished cooking it in there. So maybe there's a learning curve or maybe because it's so large I should've adjusted the temperature. Unfortunately, there isn't a manual that could help answer those questions. But since I have and really love my counter top air fryer, it's not something that bothers me because I probably won't use that function much. As for the stove top, that took some getting use to after using my old oven for 20 years and I'm still figuring it out. Even on a low temperature like a 3 or 4, it gets really hot. Like too hot. I also find it difficult to go from a high temp to boil then to a low temp to simmer. It seems to stay at the higher temperature. My solution has been to turn the burner off completely, wait for a bit then turn it back on to the lower temperature I need it to be. I haven't used the griddle yet, so I can't say anything about that. I know it probably sounds like I don't like this oven but I do. It just takes some getting use to and learning how to use. I just felt it was important to mention these things. Again, I wish there was a manual included as opposed to trying to find answers in the app or Google. I do use the app to look things up and it's been pretty useful but can take some time to find what you're looking for. It's best to search for the answers when you have some free time as opposed to searching while you're trying to use the oven. I also like that I can control the oven from the app as well as get recipes. It was easy to connect to my wifi. It was also easy to find out how to disable the sound which I wanted to do. Cleaning the glass top, I found it best to use soft scrub or something similar with a sponge and then to dry it with a microfiber cloth. Using a spray cleaner leaves streaks. My previous oven was also a glass top so this was something I was use to doing. Overall it's very nice, easy to use once you get the hang of it, and it looks really good. I'm glad we purchased this one, and we are looking to purchase the French door refrigerator next.

Works great for how we use it daily. Still haven't used all the features. Only downstairs is the top seems scuffed easily. The center warming spot with turn on and off too if there's steam from the oven coming up or a pot of something on the back burner.

Still learning all the features available on this “smarter than me” stove. That would have been made easier, however, if there was an actual owners manual delivered with the stove. The one online when I tried to print it off was hard to read, very small print, and pretty much unusable for me unless I had the computer in my kitchen.

So far so good! The unit is beautiful and works very well! The WiFi features are nice, but you have to re-enable it frequently, so I’m not sure how useful it will be overall. As some other reviewers have pointed out, the surface marks pretty easily, but overall (especially for the money) I would recommmend.

Nice looking. Easy to use controls. Like the burner configuration. Some of the burners seem to take longer to heat than my old electric range. Oven works well. Haven't used cleaning cycle yet.
