Beautiful Stove. Installers did a wonderful job installing it. It has all the features that are needed. I was disappointed that there was not a Air Fry Rack included with the purchase. But I easily found a rack and tray on Amazon.

Solid stove all around, a great upgrade for someone looking for a good stove without too many digital bells and whistles. Preheats superfast and convection is great for air frying. Looks nice too!

The range works great. The airbake feature is wonderful and quick. Takes some time to get use to it. We would recommend this stove to all.

Oven looks and works well. Haven't used all the functions as of yet. the features that are great are the fast or instant boil. Those work as advertised. Only reason to remove 1 star is that it is hard to see the specific controls for the burners as it's dark on dark indicators. More personal preference vs. any negative feedback on how the range works.

The stove top doesn’t clean properly. From the first time it was used the pot boiled over a bit and I followed the instructions for cleaning and it didn’t clean. I wish I had taken it back then because it got worse.

Beautiful range & oven! Only need a PHD to figure out how to use it. So far so good though. Tried the Air fryer, food comes out unbelievable. Workings on getting hooked up with my Google Home so I can just talk to it. It should give me many years of use.

I gave it four stars because one of the elements went out the second day I had it. I leased to own which made getting service for it a nightmare and needed my financier to give approval as they are the technical owner until you pay it off. So three months later, minus one burner I paid it off and experienced the Samsung customer service which went above and beyond and got me scheduled within the week to get repairs. Got some upgraded parts because it was a common issue I had to e wait and extra week to order the newer part number which fixed some grounding issues. Great Air fryer life changer. Water takes its sweet time getting to a boil so stay awhile.

I bough this recently for our tenants and they have been in love with it . Replaced the old Samsung electric whose baking function had issues ( but that was already 9 years old ). It looks great in the kitchen and functions pretty well. Heats evenly and fast and the baking is perfect . The air fryer is going to take some time to get used to, but something to work on an da nice feature to have. Then there is the connectivity and the apps that will help you with a few things , and might actually save you time . Not a big fan of that , but might be an useful feature to try out. The only issue I have is not with the product , but with the delivery...it was delivered with a visible scratch, but BB gave us an option either to replace or take a discount....I did go for the discount .... and hence retain the 5 stars for product and experience.

Great looking appliance, not sure if this is a feature of newer electric ranges but it heats up to the selected temperature and then turns off, have not seen this on my previous electric range. Love the air fryer feature as well!

Lots of features and looks great, price was also great

Love the look and feel of the new range. Heats up quickly and had all the features we were looking for in a range. Decided to go with Samsung to match the OTR microwave we purchased at Best Buy. Price was lowered a couple days after we bought it and Best Buy matched the lower price.

Stove was delivered on our scheduled time. The workers were very careful bringing into the house and very polite set up was quick and clean. Stove is working very good.

The stover does everything it should and I love everything about it especially the warming eye to keep things warm while other things are finishing up.

It is a nice range. But the lack of a booklet about the use of the appliance and my biggest complaint is that other than the clock, the buttons on the screen are not illuminated. Haven’t used it enough to say much more. It would have been n nice if the air fry pan had been included

Oven went out right before Thanksgiving and we were hosting. This was an improvement over what we had and we love the air fry and convection cooking features. Very easy to learn and use the new features. Range eyes heat up quickly and big roomy oven. Very happy with our purchase.

Heats up fast compared to our old electric stove. Love the oven as well, especially with the convection and self clean
