Renegade burner
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.While I wouldn’t consider Samsung appliances elite, I’ve had limited issues with them until this unit. Its largest burner will occasionally burn at the highest setting regardless of the dial setting and sometimes will go to high mid-cook. The oven has a large range of acceptable temp while convection baking (375 has a range of 340 to 400). I think the unit is defective but didn’t manifest issues until after the warranty expired. Been a Samsung guy until this one. I’ll be shopping around from this point.

My oven stop working a week before Christmas, and we were expecting family members over for Christmas dinner. I ordered a Samsung stove from Best buy online and the unit was delived and installed in two days. So we were very happy with the whole process.

Good product but arrived badly damaged.

Came to me damaged but they let me keep it until new oven deleted. The install crew was efficient and left the kitchen in good order. I believe we will be happy campers if replacement range arrives in new condition.
