I've no issues with it, not even scratching on the top. My husband does most of the cooking but so far we love it

Beautiful stove, but for some reason the main burner seems to make a strange ring of faded black when used. It’s like the finish is burning off .

Love the look and function of this stove, the only downside is the glass cooktop has heat marks/stains around burners.

This stove seems a little noisy to me. When the oven is on, there is a lot of humming, clicks and clacks, it’s very annoying to me. At first I thought it only happens when it’s heating up but it’s during the whole time it’s on.

I haven't had it long but like it so far. It is hard to keep the black top clean. It would also have been nice to have a book sent with it so I would know how to use all of the different buttons. I have been having to google how to use it.

Looks nice but---burner sizes are odd.. Instructions say use the correct size pan, my new average pans are standard sizes and they don't fit right. it does heat up fast. And looks good

So far so good , bought one before last seven years and the top broke by it self, let’s see what happens next

As an elderly woman I’m not understanding the wi-fi feature at all. No use for my eighty years of preparing food.

The cook top provides plenty of room to cook everything at once. The oven is pretty large so uou can cook a turkey and sides at the same time.

Easy purchase online. Delivery drivers were very nice and did a great job. Would highly recommend.

EXCELLENT Samsung product. Works very well and boils water fast. Can control stove and oven from app or voice commands.

Very nice range. Air Fryer takes a bit longer than stand alone air fryers. Buttons can be touchy but overall good for what it is.

Tech may make it more difficult for older customers. Really need to receive the instructions along with the appliance. Should not have to go on line to read how to use it.

Stove came dented, but was given a discount upon calling the complaint department. Thankfully, it was on a side that doesn’t show. The guys that delivered said that most are coming damaged these days.

Our stove bit the dust on Thanksgiving. This was delivered one week later. So far so good. The smart features are awesome. It works well!

Love how the oven works . But not happy with how it is hard to clean the smooth black ceramic stove top did clean it after each use but doesn’t clean up well as I wanted

I have never had a glass stovetop before but I like it now that I am getting used to it! I don't think I would ever go back to the old style!

I like the operation of this oven, but sure wish the instructions came with the booklet that came with it. I do not like having to go online looking for things that should be in a booklet.
